Additional Rules
No evaluation phase — funded from day one: The Instant Funding account skips the evaluation stage entirely. Traders begin in a live funded environment immediately, subject to all ongoing funded account rules from the very first trade.
No profit target: There is no profit target requirement at any stage. Only the payout target structure governs when withdrawals become accessible.
Daily loss limit of $2,000 — Soft Breach: On a $100,000 Instant funded account, the daily loss limit is $2,000 (2% of account size). The soft breach mechanism pauses trading for the remainder of that session when the limit is hit, automatically resuming the following trading day with a reset daily allowance. The account remains fully active.
Maximum drawdown of $4,000 — EOD (End-of-Day): The total loss limit is $4,000, calculated on an End-of-Day basis. The floor updates only at session close based on the closing balance. Starting at $100,000, the initial floor is $96,000. If the account closes at $103,000, the new floor becomes $99,000. Breaching the $4,000 total drawdown at any point results in permanent account termination.
Maximum contracts of 6 Mini and 60 Micros: The $100,000 Instant funded account allows 6 Mini contracts and 60 Micro contracts simultaneously — the same contract capacity as the $100,000 Standard and Rapid funded accounts. A single 1-point adverse move on 6 Mini ES contracts generates $300 of floating loss — 15% of the $2,000 daily soft breach allowance in a single tick.
5 winning days required before each payout: The $100,000 Instant Funding account requires 5 winning trading days per payout cycle before a withdrawal can be requested. Each qualifying day must generate a minimum net profit of $200 on a $100,000 account. Days with less than $200 in net profit do not count toward the minimum.
Consistency rule of 20%: No single trading day may account for 20% or more of total profits accumulated since the last payout. On a $100,000 Instant funded account where the first payout target is $6,000, the maximum single-day profit before triggering the consistency block is $1,199 — anything at or above $1,200 (20% of $6,000) requires additional trading to normalize the ratio. The 20% rule applies permanently throughout the funded account lifecycle.
Payouts available weekly: Funded traders who meet all eligibility criteria — 5 winning days, payout target, and 20% consistency rule — can request withdrawals on a weekly basis, processed within 24 business hours via Riseworks.
Payout target of $6,000 before first withdrawal: The first withdrawal cannot be requested until total profits reach $6,000. With a $2,000 payout cap per cycle, the maximum accessible profit on the first withdrawal is $2,000 even if total profits significantly exceed $6,000. Subsequent cycles each require $4,000 before withdrawal access.
News trading restrictions: No positions may be opened, closed, or held — including pending and limit orders — within 5 minutes before or after any red folder news release (FOMC, CPI, NFP, PMI, PPI, Employment Reports, JOLTS, Trump and Powell Speeches). All funded account news trading rules apply from the very first trade.
Two consecutive soft breach days approach the total drawdown limit: A trader who hits the $2,000 soft breach on two consecutive days accumulates $4,000 in losses — equal to the entire total EOD drawdown. If the closing balance on either day reaches the $4,000 total floor, the account is permanently terminated. The soft breach protects against single-session catastrophe but two back-to-back maximum-loss days are effectively account-ending.
20% consistency rule at $100,000 creates the most demanding single-day cap in the lineup: With a $6,000 first payout target, any single day generating $1,200 or more triggers the consistency block. At 6 Mini contracts, a 20-point directional move generates $6,000 in a single session — easily exceeding the 20% cap. Traders running full contract capacity must deliberately manage position sizing and profit distribution across sessions to avoid repeated consistency blocks throughout each payout cycle.
$6,000 first payout target is the second highest in the Instant Funding lineup: Generating $6,000 in funded profits before accessing any withdrawal requires meaningful sustained performance. The combination of 5 qualifying winning days ($200+ each) and the 20% consistency rule means the minimum qualifying path to the first payout requires at least 5 sessions averaging $1,200 each — with no single session exceeding 20% of total profits.
Soft breach daily limit is the primary intraday protection mechanism: Without a hard breach, the soft daily limit of $2,000 is the primary safety mechanism against single-session catastrophe on the $100,000 Instant account. However, because it only pauses rather than permanently terminates, traders must also manage the cumulative drawdown carefully across sessions to ensure the EOD total floor is never reached.

Scaling Plan
Immediate funded access with no evaluation: The Instant Funding account provides direct access to a $100,000 funded account from the moment of purchase — no challenge, no profit target, and no evaluation phase required. Trading begins immediately upon account activation.
Payout target structure in the funded stage: The first payout requires $6,000 in profit (6% of starting balance), the second requires $4,000 (4%), and all subsequent payouts require $4,000 (4%) each. Both the payout target and the 20% consistency rule must be met before each withdrawal is processed.
Payout cap of $2,000 per withdrawal: Each payout request on a $100,000 Instant funded account is capped at $2,000 regardless of total profits accumulated in the cycle.
Profit split structure: The first $15,000 of total profits withdrawn are paid at a 100% split. All profits beyond the first $15,000 are paid at a 90% split.
Maximum capital access: Blue Guardian Futures offers funded allocations up to $450,000, accessible through consistent performance across multiple funded accounts.
