Additional Rules
No evaluation phase — funded from day one: The Instant Funding account skips the evaluation stage entirely. Traders begin in a live funded environment immediately, subject only to the ongoing funded account rules from the very first trade.
No profit target: There is no profit target requirement at any stage. Only the payout target structure governs when withdrawals become accessible.
Daily loss limit of $1,000 — Soft Breach: On a $50,000 Instant funded account, the daily loss limit is $1,000 (2% of account size). The soft breach mechanism pauses trading for the remainder of that session when the limit is hit, automatically resuming the following trading day. The account remains fully active with a reset daily allowance the next session.
Maximum drawdown of $2,000 — EOD (End-of-Day): The total loss limit is $2,000, calculated on an End-of-Day basis. The floor updates only at session close based on the closing balance. Starting at $50,000, the initial floor is $48,000. Breaching the $2,000 total drawdown results in permanent account termination with no recovery option.
Maximum contracts of 3 Mini and 30 Micros: The $50,000 Instant funded account allows 3 Mini contracts and 30 Micro contracts simultaneously. A single 1-point adverse move on 3 Mini ES contracts generates $150 of floating loss — 15% of the $1,000 daily soft breach allowance in a single tick.
5 winning days required before each payout: The Instant Funding $50,000 account requires 5 winning trading days per payout cycle before a withdrawal can be requested. Each qualifying day must generate a minimum net profit of $100. Days with less than $100 in net profit do not count toward the minimum.
Consistency rule of 20%: No single trading day may account for 20% or more of total profits accumulated since the last payout. On a $50,000 Instant funded account where the first payout target is $3,000, the maximum single-day profit before triggering the consistency block is $599 — anything at or above $600 (20% of $3,000) requires additional trading to normalize the ratio. The 20% rule applies permanently throughout the funded account lifecycle and never relaxes.
Payouts available weekly: Funded traders who meet all eligibility criteria — 5 winning days, payout target, and 20% consistency rule — can request withdrawals on a weekly basis.
Payout target of $3,000 before first withdrawal: The first withdrawal cannot be requested until total profits reach $3,000. With a $1,000 payout cap, the maximum accessible profit on the first withdrawal is $1,000 even if total profits significantly exceed $3,000. Subsequent payout cycles each require $2,000 before withdrawal access.
News trading restrictions: No positions may be opened, closed, or held — including pending and limit orders — within 5 minutes before or after any red folder news release (FOMC, CPI, NFP, PMI, PPI, Employment Reports, JOLTS, Trump and Powell Speeches). All funded account news trading rules apply from the very first trade with no evaluation exemption.
Two consecutive soft breach days equal the total drawdown limit: A trader who hits the $1,000 soft breach on two consecutive days accumulates $2,000 in losses — equal to the entire total EOD drawdown. If the closing balance on either day reaches the $2,000 total floor, the account is permanently terminated. The soft breach protects against single-session catastrophe but does not prevent two back-to-back maximum-loss days from ending the account.
20% consistency rule at $50,000 requires careful session distribution: With 3 Mini contracts and a $1,000 daily soft breach limit, a single strong directional session generating $600 triggers the consistency block when total profits are at $3,000. Traders must actively plan profit distribution across at least 5 qualifying sessions to avoid repeated consistency blocks while simultaneously hitting the payout target.
$3,000 first payout target combined with $1,000 cap creates a 3-cycle minimum: To fully access the first payout target's profits, a trader must complete at least 3 payout cycles — receiving $1,000 per cycle — before the first target's profits are fully withdrawn. This creates a longer runway to meaningful cumulative withdrawals compared to plans with higher individual payout caps.
No evaluation cost but permanent funded rules from day one: All funded-stage constraints — soft breach daily limit, EOD drawdown, 20% consistency rule, payout targets, and minimum winning day requirements — apply immediately from the first trade. There is no grace period, warm-up phase, or evaluation stage where rules are more lenient.

Immediate funded access with no evaluation: The Instant Funding account provides direct access to a $50,000 funded account from the moment of purchase — no challenge, no profit target, and no evaluation phase required. Trading begins immediately upon account activation.
Payout target structure in the funded stage: The first payout requires $3,000 in profit (6% of starting balance), the second requires $2,000 (4%), and all subsequent payouts require $2,000 (4%) each. Both the payout target and the 20% consistency rule must be met before each withdrawal is processed.

Profit split structure: The first $15,000 of total profits withdrawn are paid at a 100% split. All profits beyond the first $15,000 are paid at a 90% split.
Maximum capital access: Blue Guardian Futures offers funded allocations up to $450,000, accessible through consistent performance across multiple funded accounts.
