Single-phase evaluation with a 3% profit target: The Elite $150,000 challenge requires reaching a $4,500 profit target. There is no time limit and no minimum number of trading days required — the evaluation can theoretically be passed in a single session if the target is reached while respecting the EOD trailing drawdown. All positions must be fully closed before the profit target is confirmed as reached.
No time limit: The Elite challenge has no deadline. Traders can take as long as needed to reach the $4,500 profit target while respecting the trailing drawdown rules.
No daily loss limit during evaluation: The Elite challenge imposes no session-level loss cap. The only risk boundary is the EOD trailing drawdown. Traders can experience intraday losses of any magnitude without triggering any daily limit.
EOD trailing drawdown of 3% — $4,500: The maximum loss limit is $4,500, calculated on an End-of-Day trailing basis. The floor begins at $145,500 ($150,000 − $4,500). As the account's closing balance reaches new session highs, the floor trails upward. If the account closes Day 1 at $153,000, the new floor becomes $148,500. The floor can only move upward — it never decreases regardless of subsequent losing sessions. Breach of the trailing floor at any session close permanently terminates the challenge.
Trailing floor locks at initial balance: Once the account accumulates $4,500 in profits (balance reaches $154,500 at session close), the trailing floor permanently locks at $150,000. From this point, the evaluation can only be breached if the closing balance falls below $150,000 — a meaningful operational milestone that eliminates ongoing trailing risk.
50% consistency rule applies during evaluation: No single trading day may generate profits equal to or exceeding 50% of the total profit target ($4,500) at the time of passing. On a $150,000 Elite account, the maximum single-day profit before triggering the consistency block is $2,249 — any single session generating $2,250 or more requires additional trading to normalize the ratio before the evaluation can be confirmed as passed.
No consistency rule once funded: The 50% consistency rule is completely removed upon transitioning to the funded account. Elite funded $150,000 traders can generate all of their profits in a single session without any consistency restriction whatsoever.
Minimum 5 profitable trading days for funded payouts: To qualify for a payout on the funded account, at least 5 profitable trading days must be completed. Each qualifying day must generate a minimum net profit of $350 on a $150,000 Elite funded account — the highest per-day qualifying threshold in the Elite lineup.
Scalping trades excluded from payout qualification: Scalping trades do not count toward payout qualification metrics. If more than 50% of the total profit in a payout request comes from scalping activity, the funded account may be reset.
No activation fee: There is no activation fee to access the funded account after passing the Elite challenge. The funded account is activated instantly and automatically once the evaluation criteria are met.
Free Elite Dashboard: Every Elite account includes access to the FuturesElite built-in journaling and analytics dashboard at no additional cost, available throughout both evaluation and funded stages.
News trading permitted: News trading is allowed on all Elite accounts including during FOMC, CPI, and NFP. Strategies designed solely to exploit immediate post-release price spikes remain prohibited.
Monthly subscription model: The Elite challenge operates on a monthly subscription billing cycle, renewed automatically until cancelled.
Largest Elite evaluation account with highest absolute targets: At $150,000, the Elite carries the largest profit target ($4,500), the largest trailing drawdown buffer ($4,500), and the highest per-day minimum payout qualification threshold ($350) in the Elite lineup. Every risk and reward parameter operates at its highest absolute dollar level.
12 contracts creates the most powerful evaluation environment in the Elite lineup: With 12 Mini or Micro contracts available from day one, the $150,000 Elite provides the highest position capacity across all Elite accounts. A single 1-point adverse move on 12 Mini ES contracts generates $600 of floating loss — 13.3% of the $4,500 drawdown buffer in one tick. Disciplined stop placement is critical at all times during evaluation.
Trailing floor rising toward $154,500 before locking: The trailing floor only locks after the account closes at $154,500 or higher. Sessions that close between $150,000 and $154,500 continue to raise the trailing floor without locking it. A trader who closes Day 1 at $152,000 has raised the floor to $147,500 — still trailing. Day 2 closing at $154,500 finally locks it at $150,000. Until that lock occurs, each profitable session simultaneously progress toward the target and compresses future risk capacity.
50% consistency rule doubles the minimum evaluation timeline: Because no single session can represent 50% or more of the profit target, a minimum of two meaningful profitable sessions are always required to pass. A single exceptional session generating $4,500 in one day is blocked by the 50% rule — requiring at minimum a second session to dilute the ratio below 50% before the evaluation can be confirmed as complete.
$350 minimum per qualifying funded day is the highest in the lineup: The $350 minimum qualifying day threshold on the $150,000 Elite funded account is the most demanding in the Elite range. Days with net profit below $350 do not count toward the 5-day minimum, meaning funded traders must consistently generate above-threshold performance across all 5 qualifying sessions before each payout cycle.

Scaling Plan
No contract scaling restriction in the Elite plan: The Elite $150,000 account provides full contract access of 12 contracts (Mini or Micro) from the very first trade in both the evaluation and funded stages — the highest contract capacity in the Elite lineup. There is no progressive scaling plan, no profit milestone required to unlock contracts, and no restriction on position capacity based on account performance.
EOD trailing drawdown locks at initial balance: As the Elite funded account generates profits, the EOD trailing drawdown floor rises with each profitable session close. Once the account accumulates $4,500 in profits (balance reaches $154,500 at session close), the trailing floor permanently locks at the initial starting balance of $150,000. From that point, the drawdown no longer trails upward — the floor is fixed at $150,000 for the lifetime of the funded account.
No profit goal required for funded payouts: FuturesElite has removed the minimum profit goal requirement for Elite funded accounts. Traders do not need to reach a predetermined profit threshold before requesting a withdrawal. As soon as the minimum trading day requirements are met, a payout can be requested at any time.
No waiting period between payouts: There is no mandatory waiting period between payout cycles on Elite funded accounts. Traders can request withdrawals as frequently as they qualify, with no minimum calendar days between requests.
Payout cap of $4,500 per withdrawal: Each payout request on a $150,000 Elite funded account is capped at $4,500 regardless of total profits accumulated — the highest payout cap in the Elite lineup.
Profit split of 90%: All funded profits are paid at a 90% split to the trader across all payout cycles.
Maximum capital access through account bundles: FuturesElite offers bundle discounts for traders who purchase multiple accounts simultaneously, allowing access to combined capital of up to $1,500,000 on day one.
