Additional Rules

Single-phase evaluation with a 6% profit target and 1-day minimum: The Pro challenge requires reaching a $6,000 profit target on a $100,000 account. The minimum is just 1 qualifying profitable session — the entire evaluation can be completed in a single trading day. There is no time limit, giving traders complete flexibility in pacing their approach.
No daily loss limit during evaluation and funded stages: The Pro plan imposes no daily loss limit at any stage. The only restriction is the $4,000 maximum total EOD drawdown. This absence of a daily limit gives Pro $100,000 traders maximum intraday flexibility, enabling strategies that require wide position management throughout the trading session.
Maximum drawdown of $4,000 — EOD (End-of-Day): The total loss limit is $4,000, calculated on an End-of-Day basis. The floor updates only at session close based on the closing balance. Starting at $100,000, the initial floor is $96,000. If the account closes Day 1 at $103,000, the new floor becomes $99,000. Without a daily loss limit, the entire $4,000 buffer can theoretically be consumed in a single adverse session.
No consistency rule during the evaluation phase: The Pro evaluation imposes no consistency rule. A trader can generate the entire $6,000 profit target in a single session without any impact on evaluation eligibility. Only in the funded stage does a 35% consistency rule apply.
Consistency rule of 35% applies in the funded stage only: Once in the funded account, no single trading day may account for 35% or more of the total profits accumulated in the current payout cycle. If one day's profit reaches or exceeds 35% of total funded profits, a payout cannot be requested until further trading brings the ratio below 35%. On a $100,000 Pro funded account, if the best day is $700 and total profits are $1,900, the ratio is 36.8% — above the limit. The trader must continue trading until total profits exceed $2,000 before a payout can be requested.
5 winning days required for each funded payout: The funded account requires 5 winning days per payout cycle, each generating a minimum net profit of $200 on a $100,000 Pro funded account. Despite the 1-day pass speed, the minimum funded payout eligibility period is at least 5 qualified trading days.
8 Mini contracts — the highest contract capacity in the Pro evaluation lineup: The $100,000 Pro allows 8 Mini contracts during the evaluation — more than the $150,000 Standard's challenge capacity of 9 Minis, and higher than the $50,000 Pro's 6 Minis. This larger contract allocation makes the $100,000 Pro evaluation particularly efficient for experienced futures traders who can capitalize on directional moves with meaningful position sizes.
Full 8-Mini contract access from day one in funded: With no contract scaling restriction, Pro funded traders at $100,000 immediately operate at full 8-Mini capacity. This is a significant operational advantage over Standard funded accounts at the same size, where the same contract level requires generating $4,000 to $6,000 in profits first.
News trading restrictions: No positions may be opened, closed, or held — including pending and limit orders — within 5 minutes before or after any red folder news release (FOMC, CPI, NFP, PMI, PPI, Employment Reports, JOLTS, Trump and Powell Speeches). During evaluation, news trading is permitted as part of an overall strategy but cannot be the sole basis for passing — additional non-news trades must be present for account review.
No daily loss limit makes the $4,000 EOD drawdown the sole risk boundary: Without a daily cap protecting against single-session catastrophe, an 8-Mini position in an adverse market move can rapidly approach the $4,000 total drawdown. A 5-point adverse move on 8 ES Mini contracts generates a $2,000 floating loss — 50% of the total buffer in a single 5-point swing. Strict position sizing and real-time monitoring of unrealized losses are non-negotiable at this contract capacity.
$6,000 target in a single session requires exceptional execution: Generating $6,000 in one day on a $100,000 Pro account with 8 Mini contracts requires capturing approximately 75 ES points of net directional movement at full contract capacity, or smaller movements on multiple successful trades. This is an achievable but ambitious single-session target that requires both favorable market conditions and precise execution.
Buffer model combined with $4,100 requirement: After each payout, if the remaining funded account profit falls below $4,100, no further payouts can be requested until profits rebuild above the buffer. At the $100,000 Pro level, the $4,100 buffer represents a meaningful threshold that must be maintained throughout the funded trading lifecycle.
Progressive payout cap rewards patience: A Pro $100,000 trader whose first payout is capped at $2,000 will access $2,500 per payout cycle after the fifth payout. Over a sustained funded trading period, reaching the uncapped tier meaningfully increases the rate at which profits can be withdrawn, making long-term commitment to the Pro funded account financially advantageous.

Scaling Plan

No position-based scaling restriction in the Pro plan: The Pro $100,000 funded account provides full contract access of 8 Mini contracts and 80 Micro contracts from the first funded trade. Unlike the Standard plan which restricts contract access at the start of the funded stage and scales upward through profit milestones, Pro traders operate at maximum capacity immediately upon funding.
Funded buffer system instead of payout targets: The Pro funded account operates on a buffer model. A funded buffer of $4,100 must remain in the account at all times. Once profits exceed this buffer, traders may withdraw up to 50% of the profits above the buffer at any time, subject to weekly payout scheduling and consistency requirements. This provides flexible, ongoing access to earned profits without fixed milestone requirements.
Progressive payout cap structure: Payout caps on Pro $100,000 funded accounts increase with payout history. The first payout is capped at $2,000, payouts three through five are capped at $2,250, and all payouts beyond the fifth are capped at $2,500. This progressive structure rewards traders who remain consistently funded over time with progressively larger single-payout access.
Profit split structure: The first $15,000 of total profits withdrawn from the funded account are paid at a 100% split — the trader keeps every dollar. All profits beyond the first $15,000 are paid at a 90% split, creating a powerful initial funded performance incentive.
Maximum capital access: Blue Guardian Futures offers funded allocations up to $450,000, accessible through consistent performance across multiple funded accounts.
