Additional Rules

Single-phase evaluation with a fixed dollar profit target: The Ascent challenge requires reaching a $10,000 profit target within a 30-day window. The target is fixed in dollar terms and represents approximately 6.67% of the $150,000 account size. All positions must be closed before the profit target is confirmed as reached.
Time limit of 30 days: The Ascent challenge has a hard 30-day deadline. If the $10,000 profit target is not reached within 30 days while respecting all drawdown rules, the evaluation expires and a reset fee of $310.00 applies to restart — the highest reset cost in the Blueberry Futures lineup.
Minimum trading days of 2: At least 2 valid trading days are required to pass the Ascent challenge. A day counts as valid only if the trader generates a net profit of at least $200 on that day. Days where total net profit falls below $200 do not count toward the minimum regardless of trading activity.
End-of-Day (EOD) drawdown of $4,500: The Ascent uses an EOD drawdown model. The $4,500 maximum loss limit is calculated only once per day, at the close of the trading session, based on the highest end-of-day closing balance achieved so far. Intraday peaks in equity — including unrealized profits from open positions — do not move the drawdown floor during the session. However, live equity including open positions must never fall below the current minimum balance at any point during the session, even intraday.
How the EOD floor moves at $150,000: The current minimum balance is always the highest end-of-day closing balance so far, minus $4,500. If the account closes Day 1 at $153,000, the new minimum balance becomes $148,500. If Day 2 closes flat at $153,000, the floor stays at $148,500. If Day 3 closes at $157,000, the floor rises to $152,500 permanently. Every profitable session that closes at a new high locks in a higher floor for all future sessions.
Maximum contracts: Traders may hold a maximum of 9 Mini contracts and 90 Micro contracts simultaneously on a $150,000 account — the highest contract allocation in the Blueberry Futures lineup. Mixing Minis and Micros is allowed provided total equivalent exposure does not exceed the cap. With 9 Mini contracts, a single 1-point move on ES generates $450 of position exposure, making precise contract management essential throughout the challenge.
No activation fee: There is no activation fee to access the funded account after passing the Ascent challenge.
Profit split: 90% to the trader across all funded account activity.
Payout structure: To be eligible for a payout, traders must complete at least 5 profitable trading days per payout cycle in the funded account, each generating a net profit of at least $200. After each payout, the 5-day counter resets and must be completed again before the next withdrawal.
Consistency rule (funded only): No single trading day may account for more than 35% of total profits accumulated in the current payout cycle. Exceeding this threshold blocks payout requests until further trading dilutes the ratio below 35%. This rule does not apply during the challenge phase.
Payout buffer and cap: A required buffer of $4,600 must remain in the account after any withdrawal. The maximum payout per cycle is $4,500. The minimum payout per request is $1,000. To request the full $4,500 maximum payout, total profits must reach at least $9,100 ($4,500 cap + $4,600 buffer).
Platform: BlackArrow. All challenge and funded account trading is conducted exclusively through the BlackArrow platform on CME futures markets.
Highest profit target in the Blueberry Futures lineup: At $10,000, the Ascent $150,000 challenge requires the largest absolute profit of any evaluation in the lineup. Generating $10,000 across at minimum 2 qualifying days ($200+ each) requires exceptional performance — averaging $5,000 per qualifying session if completed in the minimum 2 days, or spreading performance more conservatively across multiple sessions within the 30-day window.
Reset fee of $310 is the highest in the lineup: A failed $150,000 Ascent evaluation costs $310 to restart — more than double the $50,000 tier reset and significantly more expensive than any other evaluation in the Blueberry Futures catalog. This cost creates the strongest incentive for disciplined risk management of any account size.
9 Mini contracts amplify both opportunity and floor sensitivity: With 9 Mini contracts and EOD drawdown, the $150,000 Ascent offers the most contract capacity of any Blueberry Futures account. A 10-point rally on 9 ES Minis generates $4,500 in profit — equal to the entire drawdown buffer in a single move. The EOD model prevents this intraday move from raising the floor until session close, giving traders the most intraday flexibility of any account in the lineup at this contract level.
Buffer exceeds payout cap at $150,000: Uniquely at this tier, the required buffer after payout ($4,600) exceeds the maximum payout cap ($4,500). This means a trader must build total profits to at least $9,100 just to access the full $4,500 payout — requiring sustained funded trading performance significantly beyond what the evaluation profit target demands.

Scaling Plan

Performance-based capital growth: Blueberry Futures rewards consistent funded traders with a structured scaling program. Every three months, traders who meet the qualifying criteria are eligible for a 25% increase in their account balance, without any new challenge required.
Scaling eligibility requirements: To qualify for a capital increase, a trader must generate at least 10% net profit over three consecutive funded months and process at least four successful payouts within that same three-month period. Both conditions must be met simultaneously before the scaling is applied.
Profit split improvement with scaling: As traders advance through the scaling program, the base 90% profit split can increase further, with potential raises of up to 9% over time, rewarding consistent long-term performers.
Fixed 3-month evaluation cycles: The scaling program operates on fixed quarterly cycles. Traders who reach qualifying milestones early still need to complete the full three-month period before a capital increase is applied.
Maximum capital allocation: Through the scaling program, traders can grow their funded account up to a maximum total allocation of $2,000,000.
Live account pathway: After completing 7 successful payout cycles or accumulating $28,000 in total withdrawals from a single funded account, traders become eligible for review for a live trading account. Promotion is not automatic and remains at the sole discretion of Blueberry Futures based on consistency, risk management, and overall trading behavior.
