Additional Rules

Single-phase evaluation with a 3% profit target: The Elite $100,000 challenge requires reaching a $3,000 profit target. There is no time limit and no minimum number of trading days required — the evaluation can be passed in a single session if the target is reached while respecting the EOD trailing drawdown. All positions must be fully closed before the profit target is confirmed as reached.
No time limit: The Elite challenge has no deadline. Traders can take as long as needed to reach the $3,000 profit target while respecting the trailing drawdown rules.
No daily loss limit during evaluation: The Elite challenge imposes no session-level loss cap. The only risk boundary is the EOD trailing drawdown. Traders can experience intraday losses of any magnitude without triggering any daily limit — only the end-of-day closing balance relative to the trailing floor determines whether the account remains active.
EOD trailing drawdown of 3% — $3,000: The maximum loss limit is $3,000, calculated on an End-of-Day trailing basis. The floor begins at $97,000 ($100,000 − $3,000). As the account's closing balance reaches new session highs, the floor trails upward. If the account closes Day 1 at $101,500, the new floor becomes $98,500. The floor can only move upward — it never decreases regardless of subsequent losing sessions. Breach of the trailing floor at any session close permanently terminates the challenge.
Trailing floor locks at initial balance: Once the account accumulates $3,000 in profits (balance reaches $103,000 at session close), the trailing floor permanently locks at $100,000. From this point, the floor no longer trails upward with new highs, and the challenge can only be breached if the closing balance falls below $100,000. This lock is a critical milestone that eliminates the risk of the trailing floor continuing to rise above the profit target level.
50% consistency rule applies during evaluation: No single trading day may generate profits equal to or exceeding 50% of the total profit target ($3,000) at the time of passing. On a $100,000 Elite account, the maximum single-day profit before triggering the consistency block is $1,499 — any single session generating $1,500 or more requires additional trading to bring that day's contribution below 50% of total profits before the evaluation can be confirmed as passed. This rule does not apply in the funded stage.
No consistency rule once funded: The 50% consistency rule is completely removed upon transitioning to the funded account. Elite funded $100,000 traders can generate all of their profits in a single session without any consistency restriction.
Minimum 5 profitable trading days for funded payouts: To qualify for a payout on the funded account, at least 5 profitable trading days must be completed. Each qualifying day must generate a minimum net profit of $250 on a $100,000 Elite funded account.
Scalping trades excluded from payout qualification: Scalping trades do not count toward payout qualification metrics. If more than 50% of the total profit in a payout request comes from scalping activity, the funded account may be reset.
No activation fee: There is no activation fee to access the funded account after passing the Elite challenge. The funded account is activated instantly and automatically once the evaluation criteria are met.
Free Elite Dashboard: Every Elite account includes access to the FuturesElite built-in journaling and analytics dashboard at no additional cost, available throughout both evaluation and funded stages.
News trading permitted: News trading is allowed on all Elite accounts including during FOMC, CPI, and NFP. Strategies designed solely to exploit immediate post-release price spikes — such as straddles or strangles placed specifically for news volatility — are prohibited.
Monthly subscription model: The Elite challenge operates on a monthly subscription billing cycle, renewed automatically until cancelled.
3% trailing drawdown is tighter in percentage terms than the $50K Elite: While both $50K and $100K Elite accounts carry a $3,000 absolute dollar drawdown, the $100K account's 3% floor gives the same dollar buffer on double the capital. This means the $100K account can withstand the same absolute dollar adversity as the $50K account while carrying twice the position capacity — making the $100K Elite the more capital-efficient option in the lineup.
Profit target equals total drawdown buffer: The $3,000 profit target is exactly equal to the $3,000 maximum trailing drawdown. A trader who loses $1,500 early in the challenge has consumed 50% of the total buffer while still needing to generate the full $3,000 target — leaving no room for further losses during the recovery phase. Efficient, consistent execution from the first session is essential.
50% consistency rule means no single-session pass with full target: Since no single day can represent 50% or more of the profit target, generating the entire $3,000 in one session ($3,000 = 100%) is impossible under the consistency rule. Profits must be distributed across at least two meaningful sessions — one session generating under $1,500 and the next completing the remainder — to satisfy both the target and the consistency requirement simultaneously.

Scaling Plan

No contract scaling restriction in the Elite plan: The Elite $100,000 account provides full contract access of 8 contracts (Mini or Micro) from the very first trade in both the evaluation and funded stages. There is no progressive scaling plan, no profit milestone required to unlock contracts, and no restriction on position capacity based on account performance. Traders operate at maximum capacity from day one.
EOD trailing drawdown locks at initial balance: As the Elite funded account generates profits, the EOD trailing drawdown floor rises with each profitable session close. Once the account reaches a profit level equal to the maximum drawdown amount ($3,000 on a $100,000 account), the trailing floor permanently locks at the initial starting balance of $100,000. From that point, the drawdown no longer trails upward — the floor is fixed at $100,000 for the lifetime of the funded account.
No profit goal required for funded payouts: FuturesElite has removed the minimum profit goal requirement for Elite funded accounts. Traders do not need to reach a predetermined profit threshold before requesting a withdrawal. As soon as the minimum trading day requirements are met, a payout can be requested at any time with no minimum profit constraint.
No waiting period between payouts: There is no mandatory waiting period between payout cycles on Elite funded accounts. Traders can request withdrawals as frequently as they qualify, with no minimum calendar days between requests.
Payout cap of $2,800 per withdrawal: Each payout request on a $100,000 Elite funded account is capped at $2,800 regardless of total profits accumulated. The cap ensures structured withdrawals while allowing frequent requests given the absence of a waiting period.
Profit split of 90%: All funded profits are paid at a 90% split to the trader across all payout cycles on the Elite $100,000 account.
Maximum capital access through account bundles: FuturesElite offers bundle discounts for traders who purchase multiple accounts simultaneously, allowing access to combined capital of up to $1,500,000 on day one.
