Additional Rules

No evaluation phase — funded from day one: The Elite Funded account skips the evaluation stage entirely. All funded account rules apply from the very first trade with no grace period, no warm-up evaluation, and no lenient evaluation-phase parameters. Traders must manage the 5% EOD trailing drawdown and 20% consistency rule from trade one.
No profit target: There is no challenge profit target to achieve. Only the 5% profit buffer ($2,500) determines when the account becomes payout-eligible.
No daily loss limit: The Elite Funded account imposes no session-level loss cap. The only risk boundary is the 5% EOD trailing drawdown. Traders can lose any amount within a single session without triggering a daily breach — only the end-of-day closing balance relative to the trailing floor matters. This provides maximum intraday flexibility but places full responsibility for session-level risk management on the trader.
EOD trailing drawdown of 5% — $2,500: The maximum loss limit is $2,500, calculated on an End-of-Day trailing basis. The floor begins at $47,500 ($50,000 − $2,500). As the account's closing balance reaches new session highs, the floor trails upward. If the account closes Day 1 at $51,000, the new floor becomes $48,500. The floor can only move upward — it never decreases. Breaching the trailing floor at any session close permanently terminates the funded account.
Trailing floor trails from the very first profitable session: Unlike evaluation-based accounts where the drawdown floor begins moving only after the challenge profit target is reached, the Elite Funded account's trailing floor begins rising from the first profitable session close. Any early profit immediately tightens the available drawdown buffer, creating a compounding risk structure from day one.
20% consistency rule applies permanently: No single trading day may generate profits equal to or exceeding 20% of total funded profits accumulated since account creation or last payout. On a $50,000 Elite Funded account working toward the $2,500 buffer, a single day generating $500 or more requires $2,500+ in total profits before the 20% threshold is cleared. The 20% rule is the most restrictive consistency parameter across all FuturesElite account types at the same level and applies without exception in all payout cycles until the scaling threshold relaxes it over time.
Consistency rule scales with payout history: With each completed payout, the 20% threshold gradually increases toward 30%, rewarding traders who maintain consistent funded performance over multiple cycles. This scaling means that early-cycle payouts are the most operationally restrictive, and long-term funded traders progressively gain more single-day profit concentration flexibility.
No minimum trading days for funded operation: The Elite Funded account imposes no minimum number of trading days for either initial operation or payout qualification. As soon as the 5% profit buffer is reached and the consistency rule is satisfied, a withdrawal can be requested regardless of how few sessions have elapsed.
News trading allowed: News trading is permitted on Elite Funded accounts, including during major economic releases such as FOMC, CPI, and NFP. Strategies designed solely to exploit immediate post-release price spikes — such as straddles or strangles placed specifically for news volatility — remain prohibited regardless of account type.
Scalping trades and payout qualification: Very short-duration scalping trades may not count toward payout qualification metrics. If more than 50% of the total profit in a payout request comes from scalping activity, the funded account may be reset. Active traders should ensure that the majority of profits contributing to any payout request come from standard duration trades rather than micro-scalp activity.
No daily limit concentrates all risk in the EOD floor: Without a daily loss cap, the entire $2,500 trailing floor can theoretically be consumed in a single adverse session. With 4 contracts available from day one, a strongly adverse move without stop placement can breach the account before end of session. Disciplined self-imposed daily stop management is essential at all times on the Elite Funded account.
Profit buffer creates a two-layer payout structure: The $2,500 buffer must first be accumulated before any payout can be requested. Then, with the payout cap of $2,000, the maximum accessible profit on the first withdrawal is $2,000 even if total profits significantly exceed $2,500. Traders accumulate more than the payout cap before gaining access to any withdrawal, creating a built-in retention period at the start of each funded lifecycle.
Monthly subscription model: The Elite Funded account operates on a monthly subscription billing cycle. The account fee is charged monthly and continues to renew until cancelled. Resetting or restarting the account does not change the subscription billing cycle.

Scaling Plan

Immediate funded access with no evaluation: The Elite Funded account provides direct access to a $50,000 funded trading account from the moment of purchase. No challenge, no profit target, and no evaluation phase of any kind is required. Trading begins immediately upon account activation.
No contract scaling restriction: The Elite Funded $50,000 account provides full contract access of 4 contracts (Mini or Micro) from the very first trade. There is no progressive scaling plan or profit milestone required to unlock additional contract capacity. Traders operate at maximum position size from day one.
5% profit buffer required before first payout: Before any withdrawal can be requested, traders must first accumulate 5% of the starting account balance in closed profits — $2,500 on a $50,000 Elite Funded account. This buffer zone is a one-time threshold. Once reached, the account becomes payout-eligible and withdrawals can be requested at any time thereafter without needing to rebuild the buffer.
EOD trailing drawdown locks at initial balance: As profits accumulate, the trailing floor rises with each profitable session close. Once the 5% profit buffer ($2,500) is fully established and the drawdown floor has risen to the starting balance level, the trailing drawdown locks permanently at $50,000. From that point, the drawdown no longer trails upward — the floor is fixed at the initial balance, providing permanent downside protection from the starting capital level.
Payout cap of $2,000 per withdrawal: Each payout request on a $50,000 Elite Funded account is capped at $2,000 regardless of total profits accumulated. Withdrawals can be requested on-demand with no waiting period between cycles.
Progressive consistency rule: The 20% single-day consistency rule applies from the first funded trade. With each successful payout completed, the consistency threshold increases — scaling from 20% upward toward a maximum of 30% — giving traders progressively more flexibility as they establish a funded track record. The exception is the 25K Elite Funded account, where the 20% rule is fixed and does not scale regardless of payout history.
Profit split of 90%: All funded profits are paid at a 90% split to the trader across all payout cycles.
Maximum capital access through account bundles: FuturesElite offers bundle discounts for traders who purchase multiple accounts simultaneously, allowing access to combined capital of up to $1,500,000 on day one.
