Additional Rules
Single-phase evaluation with a 6% profit target: The Prime $100,000 challenge requires reaching a $6,000 profit target with no time limit. All positions must be fully closed before the target is confirmed.
No time limit. Minimum 1 trading day. No daily loss limit.
Trailing equity drawdown of $3,000 — real-time: The $3,000 maximum loss limit trails the highest live equity peak in real time, including unrealized profits. Every equity high permanently raises the floor immediately. Starting at $100,000, the initial floor is $97,000. If an open trade reaches $102,000 in equity, the floor immediately rises to $99,000. If the trade reverses and closes flat, equity returns to $100,000 but the floor stays at $99,000 — leaving only $1,000 of buffer.
2:1 profit-to-drawdown ratio demands efficient execution: The $6,000 profit target is double the $3,000 trailing buffer. A trader who allows the trailing floor to rise to $97,500 through a profitable-but-reversed trade has consumed $500 of their $3,000 buffer while generating zero closed profit — still needing the full $6,000 target. Unrealized gains that reverse without being closed are the most insidious risk in the Prime evaluation.
No consistency rule in evaluation. 40% consistency rule activates in funded stage only.
Scalping trades excluded from funded payout goal. Monthly subscription model.
8 contracts from day one creates significant trailing sensitivity: With 8 contracts, a single 1-point move generates $400 of equity change — raising or lowering the trailing floor by $400 per point. A 7-point adverse move at full capacity consumes the entire $3,000 buffer. Partial sizing during volatile sessions is essential for protecting the trailing floor.
Trailing equity is the most restrictive drawdown model in the FuturesElite lineup: The $100,000 Prime Evaluation is the most demanding combination of high profit target and strict trailing equity at this capital level. The $6,000 target with an intraday-trailing $3,000 buffer gives no tolerance for profitable positions that reverse — every tick of unrealized gain becomes a floor commitment.

Scaling Plan
No position scaling during evaluation: The Prime $100,000 evaluation provides access to 8 contracts from the first trade throughout the entire evaluation phase.
Contract scaling in funded: In the funded stage, contract access starts at 3 Mini / 30 Micros when profits are below $2,000, increases to 6 Mini / 60 Micros between $2,000 and $4,499, and reaches the maximum of 8 Mini / 80 Micros once funded profits exceed $4,500.
Funded payout goal of $2,800 per cycle: Each payout cycle requires $2,800 in funded profits before a withdrawal can be requested.
Progressive payout caps: First payout capped at $2,500, second at $2,900, third and beyond at $3,300 — unlocking the highest cap from the third payout onward.
40% consistency rule throughout funded stage: No single trading day may represent 40% or more of total funded profits at the time of any payout request.
Profit split of 90%. Maximum capital access through bundles up to $1,500,000.
