Additional Rules

Funded from day one after passing evaluation: The Prime Funded account activates instantly upon passing the Prime evaluation — typically within seconds. No activation fee is charged.
Profit goal of $2,000 must be reached before each payout: Unlike the evaluation phase which has a $3,000 profit target, the funded stage requires $2,000 per cycle before any withdrawal is eligible. This lower funded threshold is designed to enable more frequent payout cycles compared to the evaluation requirements.
Trailing equity drawdown of $2,000 — real-time in funded: The funded account uses the same trailing equity drawdown model as the evaluation. The $2,000 maximum loss limit trails the highest live equity peak in real time, including unrealized profits. Every equity high permanently raises the floor immediately — not at session close. Breach of the trailing floor terminates the funded account permanently.
No daily loss limit in funded: The Prime funded account imposes no daily loss cap at any stage. The trailing equity drawdown is the sole risk boundary throughout the entire funded lifecycle.
Minimum 5 profitable trading days per payout cycle: Each payout cycle requires 5 qualifying profitable trading days. Each qualifying day must generate a minimum net profit of $150 on a $50,000 Prime funded account. Days below $150 net profit do not count regardless of trading activity.
10 calendar day minimum between payout cycles: There is a mandatory 10-day minimum between payout requests. The 5 profitable trading days and the 10 calendar days can overlap — the minimum effective waiting time is always 10 calendar days from the previous payout.
40% consistency rule blocks payouts: No single trading day may represent 40% or more of total funded profits when a payout is requested. If the highest profit day represents 40% or more, trading must continue until the ratio falls below 40%. On a $50,000 Prime funded account where the profit goal is $2,000, the maximum single-day contribution before triggering the consistency block is $799 — anything at or above $800 requires additional trading to normalize.
Contract scaling starts at 1 Mini in funded: Despite the 3-Mini capacity during the evaluation, the funded account begins at 1 Mini / 10 Micros. The full 3-Mini capacity is only accessible after generating more than $1,500 in funded profits — requiring meaningful early performance before full position capacity is unlocked.
Scalping trades excluded: Scalping trades do not count toward the $2,000 payout profit goal. If more than 50% of any payout request comes from scalping activity, the funded account may be reset.
Trailing equity in funded creates ongoing intraday risk: Unlike EOD models where session-close management is key, Prime funded traders must monitor their trailing equity floor in real time throughout every session. A profitable open trade that reverses before being closed permanently raises the floor — meaning profitable but ultimately breakeven trades tighten the buffer without contributing to the profit goal.

Scaling Plan

Progressive contract scaling in the funded stage: The Prime $50,000 funded account begins with restricted contract access and scales upward as profits accumulate. Traders start at 1 Mini / 10 Micros, advance to 2 Mini / 20 Micros once profits exceed $1,000, and reach the maximum of 3 Mini / 30 Micros once funded profits exceed $1,500.
Payout profit goal of $2,000 per cycle: Each payout cycle requires a minimum of $2,000 in funded profits before a withdrawal can be requested. This goal must be met on every cycle — there is no reduction after the first payout.
Progressive payout caps: First payout capped at $1,300, second at $1,500, third and beyond at $1,800 — the highest cap in the Prime $50,000 lineup, unlocked from the third payout onward.
40% consistency rule throughout funded stage: No single trading day may account for 40% or more of total funded profits at the time of payout. This rule applies to every payout cycle without exception and is the defining funded-stage constraint of all Prime accounts.
Profit split of 90%: All funded profits are paid at a 90% split to the trader.
Maximum capital access through bundles: Bundle discounts allow combined capital access of up to $1,500,000 on day one.
