Additional Rules

Payout profit goal of $2,800 before each withdrawal: Each cycle requires $2,800 in funded profits. Scalping trades do not count toward this goal.
Trailing equity drawdown of $3,000 — real-time in funded: Same trailing equity model as evaluation applies permanently in the funded stage. Every equity high permanently raises the floor in real time. Breach permanently terminates the funded account.
No daily loss limit. Minimum 5 profitable trading days per cycle (min $250/day). 10 calendar day minimum between payouts.
40% consistency rule: On a $100,000 Prime funded account with a $2,800 goal, the maximum single-day contribution before triggering the consistency block is $1,119 — anything at or above $1,120 (40% of $2,800) requires additional trading to normalize.
Contract scaling creates a three-phase funded progression: Starting at 3 Minis, advancing to 6 Minis at $2,000 profit, and unlocking 8 Minis at $4,500 profit means the first payout ($2,800 goal) is generated entirely within the 3-Mini or 6-Mini capacity range. Full 8-Mini capacity requires $4,500 in funded profits — $1,700 above the first payout goal.
Trailing equity in funded stage requires constant monitoring: Unlike EOD models where floor management only matters at session close, Prime funded traders must monitor equity in real time throughout every session. A profitable open position that reverses raises the floor and reduces the buffer without contributing to the payout goal — creating asymmetric intraday risk that requires disciplined position management at all times.

Scaling Plan

Progressive contract scaling: Funded stage begins at 3 Mini / 30 Micros (below $2,000 profit), advancing to 6 Mini / 60 Micros ($2,000–$4,499), and reaching the maximum 8 Mini / 80 Micros above $4,500.
Payout profit goal of $2,800 per cycle. Progressive payout caps: 1st=$2,500, 2nd=$2,900, 3rd+=$3,300.
40% consistency rule throughout funded stage. 90% profit split. Monthly subscription.
