Maximum Overall Loss: $30,000 (10%). This is a static drawdown. Your account floor is permanently fixed at $270,000 and does not trail your equity gains.
Maximum Daily Loss: $15,000 (5%). Calculated based on the higher of the starting balance or equity at the daily reset (5 PM EST).
No Time Limit: There are no expiration dates for either phase. You have total flexibility to wait for high-probability setups.
