Additional Rules

Single-phase evaluation: On a $200,000 account, traders must generate $20,000 in closed profits in one phase while respecting all drawdown rules. This is the largest single-phase profit target in GFT's 1-Step lineup.
Minimum profitable days: At least 3 valid trading days required in evaluation and per payout cycle. Each day requires a minimum profit of 0.5% ($1,000) on a $200,000 account.
Daily loss limit of 4%: On a $200,000 account, the maximum daily loss is $8,000.
Maximum drawdown of 6% static: The absolute floor is $188,000 on a $200,000 account.
Static drawdown model: Both limits are calculated from the initial account balance.
Leverage: 1:100 Forex in evaluation, 1:50 in funded. Indices/Commodities 1:20 / 1:10. Crypto 1:2.
Profit split: 80% default, 100% and on-demand first reward available as add-ons.
Payout frequency: Bi-weekly. First 2 payouts capped at 6% ($12,000) or $10,000, whichever is lower. At $200,000, the first two payouts are capped at $10,000.
Daily profit cap in funded stage: $3,000 per day. At $200,000, the $3,000 flat cap represents just 1.5% of the account, creating the most restrictive earnings ceiling relative to account size in the 1-Step lineup.
News trading: Permitted in evaluation. In funded, 1% profit cap ($2,000) per news event within 5-minute window.
EAs allowed with restrictions. Copy trading banned.
Weekend and overnight holding: Permitted.
Largest 1-Step account: At $200,000, this is the highest tier in the 1-Step lineup. The $12,000 total drawdown buffer and $8,000 daily limit represent the largest absolute risk parameters, but the proportional challenge rules remain the same.
Daily cap is extremely limiting: A $3,000 daily profit cap on a $200,000 account limits maximum daily earnings to just 1.5% of capital. Strong market days where a competent trader could generate 3–5% in returns will result in significant deductions, effectively capping performance regardless of skill level.
First payout cap at $10,000: At $200,000, the $10,000 cap (lower threshold applies) restricts the first two payouts to $10,000 each — just 5% of the initial funded capital. This can be a meaningful frustration for traders who generate strong early results.

Scaling Plan

Level 1 capital boost: After 2 months in the funded phase and 4 successful payouts, the account balance increases by 15%, profit split rises to 90%, and both drawdown limits increase by 1%.
Level 2 progression: After 4 months in the funded phase and 6 successful payouts, the capital boost increases to 30%, drawdown limits increase by 2%, and payout frequency upgrades to weekly.
Level 3 consistency reward: After 5 months in the funded phase and 10 successful payouts, the capital boost reaches 40%, profit split rises to 92%, drawdown limits increase by 3%, weekly payouts continue, a free challenge replacement is unlocked, and a monthly salary of $500 applies to accounts between $100,000 and $200,000.
Level 4 GOAT Trader status: After 6 months in the funded phase and 15 successful payouts, the capital boost reaches 50%, profit split rises to 95%, drawdown limits increase by 4%, the $500 monthly salary and free challenge replacement remain in place, and total capital can reach up to $2,000,000.
Scale-ups based on original account size: All scaling increases are calculated from the original account size.
Performance-based eligibility: All scaling milestones require the required funded months and payouts with consistent trading rule adherence.
