Additional Rules

No evaluation phase: Traders receive immediate access to a funded-style account from day one with no challenge, no profit target, and no evaluation required. The account is activated immediately upon purchase.
No profit target: The Jalapeño Lite has a 0% profit goal, meaning there is no minimum profit required to remain active or to qualify for payouts. Traders simply need to meet the minimum profitable days requirement and respect the drawdown rules.
Flat 80% performance reward from day one: Unlike Jalapeño 2.0 which starts at 50% and increases to 80% after scaling, the Jalapeño Lite offers a permanent 80% profit share immediately from the first payout, with no progression conditions attached.
Static total drawdown: The maximum total drawdown is fixed at 8% of the initial balance, calculated from the starting equity and never trailing. On a €40,000 account, the maximum allowable total loss is €3,200.
Daily drawdown limit: A strict 2.5% daily loss limit applies, calculated from the day's starting equity and resetting daily at 23:59:59 CET. On a €40,000 account, this means a maximum daily loss of €1,000.
Minimum profitable days: At least 7 profitable trading days are required before the first payout can be requested. A day counts as profitable only if both balance and equity increase by at least 0.5% by the end of the trading day.
Account activity requirement: The first payout can only be requested after the account has been active for at least 14 days, even if the 7 profitable days are completed sooner. Both conditions must be met simultaneously.
No fee refund: The Jalapeño Lite entry fee is not refunded upon completing the profitable days requirement, as it is a direct-to-funded program rather than a traditional evaluation challenge.
Weekend and overnight holding: Permitted with no restrictions or add-ons required, offering full flexibility for swing traders.
News trading: Permitted across all instruments with no specific restrictions stated.
EAs allowed: Expert Advisors are permitted on the MetaTrader platform. Hidden, exploitative, or arbitrage-based strategies are strictly prohibited.
Copy trading prohibited: Copying signals or other traders' accounts is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account closure.
Inactivity rule: Accounts with 30 consecutive days of no trading activity will be closed automatically, regardless of account stage or phase.
Leverage: 1:30 across all instruments, which limits position sizing and requires disciplined lot sizing to stay within the 2.5% daily drawdown at all times.
Tight daily limit relative to account size: On a €40,000 account, the 2.5% daily cap translates to €1,000 in maximum daily loss, meaning position sizing must remain conservative to avoid consuming the daily allowance in a single adverse move.
7-day profitable day requirement: With 7 profitable days required and each needing at least 0.5% balance and equity growth, traders must be consistently profitable across multiple sessions before accessing any funds. A single losing day does not reset the count but does not contribute toward the target either.
14-day minimum activity window: Even the most efficient trader cannot withdraw before 14 days have elapsed since account activation, making rapid capital deployment impossible on this model.
Highest entry cost in the Jalapeño Lite lineup: At €780, this is the most expensive Jalapeño Lite account. Given the absence of a scaling plan and the €40,000 capital ceiling, traders should carefully assess whether the cost-to-capital ratio justifies this tier compared to challenge-based programs offering larger accounts.
No upside beyond €40K: This is the final tier of the Jalapeño Lite program. Traders who outperform their account capacity have no path to larger capital within this program and must purchase a separate account or switch to a different SpiceProp program.
Not available to US traders: SpiceProp does not accept registrations from traders based in the United States, Canada, Japan, and several other restricted jurisdictions.

Scaling Plan

No structured scaling plan: The Jalapeño Lite is designed as a stable, fixed-balance instant account with a flat 80% performance reward from day one. Unlike Jalapeño 2.0, there is no x3 jump, no doubling mechanism, and no progressive capital growth tied to hitting profit targets.
Fixed account model: The account operates at the purchased balance for its entire lifespan. Traders who want a larger capital base must purchase a higher-tier Jalapeño Lite account directly. At €40,000, this is the largest account size available in the Jalapeño Lite program.
Maximum capital available: The €40,000 account is the highest tier in the Jalapeño Lite lineup, representing the ceiling of this program. No further scaling or balance increases are available beyond this point.
Consistent rules throughout: The daily drawdown limit, minimum profitable days requirement, and all trading rules remain fixed for the lifetime of the account regardless of profit growth.
