Additional Rules

Two-phase evaluation: Traders must reach a 7.5% profit target in Step 1 and a 5% profit target in Step 2, both with no time limit and a minimum of 3 profitable trading days per step.
Static total drawdown: The maximum total drawdown is fixed at 11% of the initial balance across both challenge phases and the funded stage, calculated from the starting equity and never trailing. On a €6,000 account, the maximum allowable total loss is €660.
Daily drawdown limit in challenge: A 5.5% daily loss limit applies during both Step 1 and Step 2, calculated from the day's starting equity and resetting daily at 23:59:59 CET. On a €6,000 account, this means a maximum daily loss of €330 during the challenge.
Daily drawdown limit in funded stage: Once in the funded account, the daily loss limit is reduced to 4.5%, tighter than during the challenge. On a €6,000 account, this means a maximum daily loss of €270 in the funded phase.
Minimum profitable days: At least 3 profitable trading days are required in each step. A day counts as profitable only if both balance and equity increase by at least 0.5% by the end of the trading day.
Fee refund on passing: The full €45 challenge entry fee is refunded and counted toward the first payout after successfully passing both evaluation steps.
First payout availability: The first withdrawal can be requested 14 days after the funded account is opened, with subsequent payouts available every 14 days after the previous withdrawal.
Weekend and overnight holding: Permitted with no restrictions or add-ons required, offering full flexibility for swing traders who hold positions across sessions and weekends.
News trading: Permitted across all instruments, though slippage during high-impact news events cannot be controlled by SpiceProp and is the trader's responsibility.
EAs allowed: Expert Advisors are permitted on the MetaTrader platform. Hidden, exploitative, or arbitrage-based strategies are strictly prohibited.
Copy trading prohibited: Copying signals or other traders' accounts is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account closure.
Inactivity rule: Accounts with 30 consecutive days of no trading activity will be closed automatically, regardless of account stage or phase.
Leverage: 1:100 across forex instruments, allowing more aggressive position sizing relative to account size, though this also amplifies the risk of hitting the tight dollar-value drawdown limits on the small €6,000 account.
Only 1 account permitted: The Mini Pepper is the only SpiceProp program that restricts traders to a single account at a time. There is no option to diversify across multiple funded accounts or run parallel scaling paths.
10% two-month profit requirement for scaling: Unlike other SpiceProp programs where simply being profitable for two months triggers the scale-up, the Mini Pepper requires a combined 10% profit over the two-month period. A trader who earns 3% in month one and 4% in month two will not qualify despite being consistently profitable.
Daily limit tightens in funded stage: The funded phase daily limit of 4.5% is lower than the 5.5% allowed during the challenge, meaning traders who calibrate their risk to the challenge parameters may find themselves over-leveraged in the funded account without adjusting their strategy.
Small dollar drawdown on €6K account: With an 11% total drawdown, the maximum loss is only €660 across the entire account lifetime. A single large losing trade can consume a disproportionate share of this buffer, leaving little room for recovery.
Phase 2 overconfidence trap: After passing Step 1 with a 7.5% gain, traders often increase position size in Step 2, unaware that the 5% target still requires careful management. A single bad day near the 5.5% daily limit can consume the entire Step 2 profit target in one session.
0.5% profitable day threshold: Both balance and equity must close above the 0.5% threshold for a day to count as profitable. A session that ends in a small net gain but with floating losses may not qualify, requiring traders to close all positions before end of day.
Not available to US traders: SpiceProp does not accept registrations from traders based in the United States, Canada, Japan, and several other restricted jurisdictions.

Scaling Plan

Performance-based balance increase: After every two consecutive profitable months in the funded account, the account balance increases by 40%, allowing traders to grow from a small starting account to significantly larger capital over time.
10% minimum two-month profit requirement: To qualify for the 40% scale-up, the trader's combined profit over the two consecutive months must be at least 10% of the account balance at the beginning of that period. Simply being profitable is not enough — the 10% threshold must be met.
Maximum capital ceiling: The Mini Pepper scaling plan allows traders to grow up to €500,000 in simulated capital, starting from just a €6,000 account — one of the most affordable entry points to large capital in the SpiceProp lineup.
Consecutive month requirement: The 40% increase is only triggered by two back-to-back profitable months meeting the 10% combined target. A single profitable month or a month below the threshold resets the streak entirely.
Consistent rules throughout scaling: The daily drawdown limit, total drawdown limit, minimum profitable days requirement, and all trading rules remain unchanged as the account scales. Only the euro amounts increase proportionally with the new balance.
Single account only: Unlike most other SpiceProp programs, the Mini Pepper allows only 1 account at a time, meaning there is no option to run parallel funded accounts simultaneously.
Fee refund on passing: The full challenge entry fee for both steps is refunded and counted toward the first payout after successfully completing both phases of the evaluation.
