Additional Rules
Two-phase evaluation requires that traders must complete Step 1 and Step 2 by reaching the respective profit targets to receive funding for the fifty thousand dollar account. A static maximum drawdown of 10% is applied based on the initial balance and does not trail which provides more room for recovery compared to other models. The daily drawdown is set at a 5% loss limit based on the starting balance or equity of the day whichever is higher. There are no minimum trading days so both phases can be completed as soon as targets are reached without any artificial delays. The unlimited trading period means there is no expiration date for the challenge allowing for a stress-free environment. Standard leverage of 1:100 is provided for forex pairs and the initial profit split starts at 80% with the possibility of increasing. Flexible trading rules allow for news trading holding over the weekend and the use of EAs. The initial challenge fee is fully refundable with the first payout from the funded account. Payouts are processed on a bi-weekly basis and the static drawdown model remains fixed making it statistically easier to manage long-term risk and avoid the traps of trailing drawdown systems.
Scaling Plan
The scaling plan for the fifty thousand dollar account allows traders to increase their initial balance by 25% every time they achieve a total profit of 10% or more over a period of four consecutive months. To qualify for this increase the trader must have processed at least two payouts during this period and the account balance must be at the initial starting capital at the time of the scale-up request. Once these criteria are met the account size is increased and the drawdown limits are adjusted according to the new balance providing greater capital for long-term growth.
