Halfway happy
Had both good and bad moments during my time here. Support is helpful on simple issues but struggles with anything complex. They do the basics. Anything beyond that is up for debate.— Verified Trader (Hannah Hassan) See all reviews
The 2% risk rule is pattern-based — one trade at 2% won't close your account, but consistently doing it will. The average trade duration rule means your entire trading history is measured, not just individual trades — keep your average above 2 minutes across all positions. Check which funded model you're on before news releases — the window varies from 2 to 5 minutes depending on the account type.

General Rules
Copy Trading
Surprisingly, this one is actually allowed… but not without conditions.
- Copy trading is allowed only between personal accounts
- Proof of ownership is required if the Alpha Capital account is used as a slave
- Available only on MT5
So yes, you can copy trades. Just make sure they’re still *your* trades.

Risk Management
This is where things quietly eliminate most traders.
- Consistently risking 2% or more per trade is not allowed
- The same applies to sequences of trades closed around the same time
So it’s not just about one bad trade. It’s about patterns.
If your strategy involves “I’ll just push a bit more here,” this is usually where it starts going wrong.
Average Trade Duration
Fast trading sounds efficient. It doesn’t always work that way here.
- The average duration of all trades must exceed 2 minutes
- At least 50% of your requested profit must come from trades held longer than 2 minutes
In other words, very short-term trading won’t carry your account.
Order Block Spamming
Trying to brute-force entries is not the move here.
- Entering multiple orders in a short period of time is prohibited
If your execution starts looking like button mashing, it’s already a problem.
“All or Nothing” Trading
This one is exactly what it sounds like.
- All-or-nothing strategies are prohibited
If your entire plan depends on one trade working… it probably won’t fit within these rules anyway.
Account Rolling
Some traders try to “game the system.” This is where that stops.
- Using full risk on multiple accounts to quickly pass or fail is prohibited.
- Passing and failing a large number of accounts in a short time is not allowed.
- Previous failed accounts are taken into consideration .
So yes, they’re paying attention. Not just to one account, but to patterns across all of them.
Inactivity Rule
Even if you’re taking a break, the account isn’t.
- Accounts are deactivated after 30 days of inactivity.
- You need to log in and maintain activity to keep it alive.
- Once deactivated, the account cannot be restored.
So disappearing for a month is not a neutral decision.
Qualified Analyst Allocation
There’s a limit to how much you can scale per strategy.
- Maximum allocation is $300,000 per strategy.
- A “strategy” is defined by the asset / instrument being traded.
So if you’re planning to scale aggressively, this is where the ceiling shows up.
Drawdown Adjustment (Alpha One)
This one catches people off guard if they don’t read carefully.
- If your 6% trailing drawdown resets after reaching +6% profit, you need to maintain a buffer
- Withdrawing all profits will result in account closure
So yes, hitting profit is good. Removing all of it… not always.
Maximum Lot Size (Funded Accounts)
Position sizing is capped depending on account type.
Alpha Swing:
- $5K → max 1.25 lots
- $10K → max 2.5 lots
- $25K → max 5 lots
- $50K → max 10 lots
- $100K → max 20 lots
- $200K → max 40 lots
- $300K → max 60 lots
Alpha One / Alpha Pro / Alpha Three:
- $5K → max 2.5 lots
- $10K → max 5 lots
- $25K → max 10 lots
- $50K → max 20 lots
- $100K → max 40 lots
- $200K → max 80 lots
- $300K → max 120 lots
More size, more responsibility. Usually at the same time.
News Trading
This one depends heavily on the account type.
- News trading is fully allowed during evaluation phases
- On funded accounts, rules vary depending on the model
For Swing accounts:
- Trades opened within 2 minutes before or after news must be held for more than 2 minutes
For Alpha Pro 8/10%:
- Trading is restricted within a 2-minute window before and after high-impact news
For Alpha One / Alpha Pro 6% / Alpha Three:
- Trading is restricted within a 5-minute window before and after high-impact news
So yes, news trading is possible. Just not equally flexible across all account types.
Final Thought
Most of these rules don’t look complicated individually.
But together, they create a very specific trading environment:
- controlled risk
- consistent execution
- very little room for “improvisation”
If your style already fits that, you’ll be fine.
If not, the rules will make that obvious pretty quickly.

No Drama Just Trades
Switched over when my old firm changed thier drawdown rules overnight. support speaks actual english and not copy pasted template answers. teh weekly market recap they send is actually worth reading. dude i passed phase two and the payout eligibility kicked in exactly when they said it would. i compared them against three others and they had the best balance of price and rules. my market orders fill basically where i click, slippage has been almost nothing so far. withdrawal was instant and the support guy was actually friendly.
sticking with them
Jumped in during a discount they were running over the holidays. their scaling plan doesnt reset your progress if you have one losing month which is rare. the challenge timer is generous, i never felt rushed into bad trades. I don't see the point of some of the rules, man. spreads are fine, nothing crazy, nothing terrible, it is a prop firm not a charity. i emailed about a deduction i didnt understand and they explained it within the hour. got my profit split same week i requested it, no nonsense.
exactly what i hoped for
Started with a two step challenge after comparing a few options. there is a discord and staff actually show up in it occasionally. i had a losing month and they did not nuke my account, just teh usual rules applied. i tested the live account against the demo with the same setups and it matched. dude their content creators seem to actually trade the product instead of just reading scripts. reliable, fair, slightly dull, exactly what i wanted.
glad i gave them a shot
been demoing strategies for a while and finally went live with these. payout came through with zero fees deducted, what i requested is what i received. the dashboard shows my drawdown buffer in real time so i never have to guess how much room is left. the second phase target was lower than phase one which kept me sane. payouts are biweekly on funded accounts which is way better than the monthly firms. if you can trade within the lines this place treats you right.
platform is rock solid
my prop firm group chat would not shut up about them so i caved. i was funded the same day i passed, no waiting around for a manual review for a week. the news trading rules are clearly listed so theres no nasty surprise after you pass. verification took one round of documents and they didnt ask me for ten random things. not flawless but the good outweighs the annoying by a wide margin.
Survived The Challenge
Signed up on a whim after a podcast mention. crypto and wire both supported, i did wire and it hit my bank in two business days. i appreciated that they email you before a rule change instead of springing it. support answered a dumb question of mine with an actual example instead of a canned reply. no notes really, it just works.
not bad, not great
Started here as a complete beginner, here is how that went. pricing is not the cheapest but you kind of pay for the peace of mind. i passed the challenge without much trouble but the consistency rule almost got me on payout day. verification was smooth but they held the first withdrawal for a manual review.
Better Than My Last Firm
Picked them mostly because teh eval price was easy to swallow. bro i requested a payout three times and all three landed inside the promised window. the payout actually hit my account in like two days which i did not expect. you get a real account dashboard with trade history and stats not just a balance number. can you guys get in contact with this firm if I provide an acc number? their customer support hasn't replied in 3 days. fees are reasonable for what you get and the retake discount softens the blow. solid firm, fair terms, would happily fund another account here.
no surprises here
Got the account as a gift and decided to actually use it. i never had to chase support … they actually closed my ticket the same day. the mobile app stays synced with desktop so i can check positions on the go without lag. they sent me a little congrats email with my payout confirmation which was a nice touch. the drawdown is calculated on balance not equity which honestly saved me a few times. the minimum trading days is low so you can get funded fast if youre actually profitable.
pleasantly surprised tbh
they popped up on a youtube ad and against my better judgement i clicked. drawdown is end of day based not intraday so a quick wick against me doesnt kill teh acount. i got a small payout bonus for hitting a milestone which was unexpected. the demo and funded feeds matched closely enough that i trusted my backtests. man got my first payout via crypto and it landed in under an hour after approval. good enough that i stopped shopping around for alternatives.
