Bright Funded
Bright Funded launched in 2023 and has managed to stay out of the headlines for all the right reasons. Pass rate is decent, hidden rules score is moderate, and the Trustpilot reviews don't read like they were written by the marketing team. Progress.

Three stars feels right
I neither love nor hate them, which is unusual for me to say. My experience varied depending on which support agent I reached. Leaving without strong feelings in either direction.— Verified Trader (jack smith) See all reviews
The 5-minute news window on funded accounts catches SL and TP executions too — not just manual trades. If a major news event hits while you have open positions, your stop or take profit triggering in that window will have profits removed. The 48-hour exception is real but narrow — plan accordingly. During evaluation, none of this applies.

Quick Verdict
Bright Funded sits in that middle ground:
If you trade with a plan, respect your risk, and don't wake up every morning looking for a loophole — Bright Funded will probably leave you alone.
If your strategy relies on speed, news spikes, or occasionally winging it and hoping for the best — you'll eventually find the rule that was written specifically for you. The list is long enough that most scenarios are already covered.

Liked the scaling plan
Signed up last year and have been consistently trading since. Daily loss limits give enough room to have a bad day without breaching. Good work overall and I hope other firms learn from their example.
Solid choice for beginners
First time trying a prop firm, so this was all new to me. KYC was handled in under a day once I submitted everything. Happy to keep trading here and would sign up again if I had to.
Had to chase every payout
Wanted a serious firm for my funded trading and this was not it. Their refund for my evaluation fee was processed at the wrong amount. They need to fix a lot before I would consider coming back.
Fair interpretation of rules
A friend in my trading group has a funded account here and spoke highly of it. Disputes I have raised were handled in a fair and timely manner. Will recommend them to my trading circle without hesitation.
A cautionary tale
I wanted to like this firm, I really did. Required minimum trading days feel designed to extract more fees from resets. Would rather trade my own small account than deal with this again.
Payout denied for unclear reasons
Signed up during a sale and regretted it within a month. Documentation contradicts itself in multiple places. One-star feels generous honestly.
Good enough to stay
Ran them in parallel with two other firms for a side-by-side comparison. Slippage on my order fills is within industry norms. This is the kind of operation that makes prop trading feel legitimate.
Happy repeat customer
Been funded for six months as of writing this review. Spreads during peak hours are reasonable for a prop firm. Good work overall and I hope other firms learn from their example.
Payouts processed same day
I started with a small account and have scaled up twice since. Email updates about new features arrive regularly without being spammy. In an industry full of mixed reputations, this one stands out positively.
Got funded and paid
Ran them in parallel with two other firms for a side-by-side comparison. The platform supports the instruments I care about trading. I hope they stay this good as they grow.
