Additional Rules

No evaluation — funded from day one: All funded rules apply immediately from the first trade with no warm-up period.
Daily loss limit of $1,250 — hard breach: On a $50,000 Instant Standard account, equity must not fall $1,250 below the day's starting balance at any point. This is a hard breach — permanent immediate termination. The $1,250 daily limit is calculated from the starting balance of each trading day.
EOD maximum drawdown of $2,000 (4%): The trailing EOD floor starts at $48,000. Session closes at new highs raise the floor permanently. Breach at session close terminates the funded account.
7 winning trading days required per payout cycle: Each qualifying day must generate minimum $100 in net profit on the $50,000 Instant Standard account. Days below $100 do not count.
20% consistency rule: On a $50,000 account with a first payout buffer of $3,000, a single day generating $600 or more requires total profits of $3,000+ before a payout is eligible. The 20% rule resets after each payout cycle.
Contract scaling starts at 1 Mini: Despite the 3-Mini capacity, funded traders begin at 1 Mini / 10 Micros. Full 3-Mini capacity is only accessible after generating $2,000 in funded profits — meaning the first payout cycle is completed entirely within the 1-Mini or 2-Mini capacity range.
Hard daily breach combined with EOD trailing creates dual risk: The daily limit protects against single-session catastrophe, but the EOD trailing floor creates a second, cumulative risk. Days that approach but don't hit the daily limit can still erode the EOD floor over multiple sessions, creating compounding drawdown pressure.
Platforms: Tradovate, Volumetrica.

Scaling Plan

No evaluation required — immediate funded access: The AquaFutures Instant Standard $50,000 account provides direct access to a funded account from the moment of purchase with no evaluation required.
Progressive contract scaling in the funded stage: Contract access starts at 1 Mini / 10 Micros when funded profits are below $1,000, increases to 2 Mini / 20 Micros between $1,000 and $2,000, and reaches the maximum of 3 Mini / 30 Micros once funded profits exceed $2,000. Scaling is calculated based on end-of-day profits and updates at the next market open after a new profit threshold is reached.
Micro contracts fully supported: Micro contracts can be used at all times, allowing more precise position management and better drawdown control within the contract limits.
Decreasing payout buffer requirements: First payout requires 6% ($3,000), second requires 5% ($2,500), and all subsequent payouts require 4% ($2,000). Reward cap per cycle: $1,500.
100% profit split. Maximum funded allocation: up to $450,000 across stacked accounts. Weekly payout processing with 24-hour guarantee.
