About Aqua Futures

Aqua Futures is the futures product from Aqua Funded — same team, same Dubai address, different market. The evaluation structure follows a familiar format: pass the challenge, get funded, keep 100% of the profits.
The Trustpilot picture tells two stories simultaneously. 44% five-star reviews suggest a meaningful number of traders are getting through and getting paid. 38% one-star reviews suggest a meaningful number of others are not — and some of them are not quiet about it. Common themes in the negative reviews include payout denials after challenges were passed, support tickets left unresolved for weeks, and accounts flagged for reasons that weren't clearly communicated upfront.
The firm actively manages its Trustpilot presence with a paid subscription. The arbitration clause routes disputes to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Both facts are worth knowing before you sign up.
The product itself is competitive — four account configurations, no activation fee, 100% profit split, and two instant funding paths that skip the evaluation entirely. If the experience matches the positive reviews, it delivers. If it doesn't, you'll find out after you've already committed.

Trader Tip

The risk review clause is the most important rule to understand before you commit — Aqua Futures can trigger a review and withhold a payout at any point, including after you've already submitted a withdrawal request. The 30-day inactivity rule permanently deactivates accounts with no restoration option — don't activate an account until you're ready to trade. Research current community feedback on Reddit and independent forums, not just Trustpilot, which the firm actively manages with a paid subscription.

great firm slow support

Tried a bunch of firms this year so i know what to look for by now. the eval was fair but the funded account rules are noticeably tighter, read both. the eval gave me plenty of time … the funded phase felt rushed by comparison. the funded account felt real but the first payout had an extra verification step. execution during london open was fine … new york open had some slippage. payout processing is fine but you have to hit a minimum balance first.

Reliable Enough

A youtuber i actually trust reviewed them so i pulled the trigger. spreads are tighter than my last firm but execution is a touch slower. fees crept up since i joined and the retake discount quietly got smaller. i asked support the same question twice and got two different answers. good firm overall but their server had a couple of outages during my challenge.

jury is still out

Tried them out after a refund nightmare with a competitor. fees for resetting the challenge are steep if you fail late. i got funded on the second try, the firm was fair about the reset at least. withdrawal fees are small but they exist where other firms eat them. the funded rules are stricter than the eval which caught me off guard. withdrawals work but the minimum payout threshold is higher than i would like. depends entirely on whether you mind a slow back office.

solid platform, no surprises

bought the cheapest account they had just to test the waters. reset on a blown challenge was free which saved me from buying a whole new account. overnight swaps are charged but they are upfront about the numbers. their content creators seem to actually trade the product instead of just reading scripts. no hidden gotchas on the payout page, what they say is what you actually get. honestly the rules made my retail trading better too, forced discipline and all that. verdict: boring in the best possible way.

No Drama Just Trades

So i finally caved and bought a challenge here after months of lurking. i had a losing month and they did not nuke my account, just the usual rules applied. i hit up support on a saturday night fully expecting silence and someone replied in maybe ten minutes. i got a small payout bonus for hitting a milestone which was unexpected. honestly the smoothest funded experience i have had, would sign up again.

read the fine print

Started with thier two step eval because teh one step felt too good to be true. man support solved my issue in the end but the first two answers were copy paste. drawdown tracking in the dashboard is accurate but updates with a delay. the profit target felt fair but the minimum trading days dragged it out. i passed phase one then immediately fumbled phase two before pulling it back in the last week. they paid me but the wait made me sweat more than i liked.

Funded

mostly happy few gripes

They popped up on a youtube ad and against my better judgement i clicked. support was polite enough but every reply came a full day apart. platform works but it doesnt save my chart layouts between sessions. verification cleared but they asked me to re record the video once. commission per lot is average … nothing that ruins a strategy but you notice it. i like the platform, i just wish it didnt log me out on every refresh. if the support improved i would bump this up a star or two.

glad i picked these guys

Wanted a firm with a platform i already knew how to use. i like that they show your stats in real time instead of a delayed dashboard. my market orders fill basically where i click, slippage has been almost nothing so far. can you guys get in contact with this firm if I provide an acc number? their customer support hasn't replied in a week. i traded indices mostly and the spreads on those were perfectly fine. the buffer between daily loss and max loss gives you breathing room on a bad day.

payouts are legit

Heard about them on a youtube review and figured i'd see for myself. you can hold trades through the weekend on the funded side which a lot of firms wont let you do. i appreciated that they email you before a rule change instead of springing it. you get a real account dashboard with trade history and stats not just a balance number.

Good Firm Bad App

wanted something with weekend holding allowed so i landed here. the consistency rule is doable but it punishes one good day way too hard. payout came in crypto fine but the fiat option had extra steps. spreads widen a touch on the new york session but still nothing to write home about. half the rules are fine … the other half feel like they were written to trip you up. i stay because moving firms is a pain … not because they earned it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Aqua Futures the same as Aqua Funded?
Aqua Futures is the futures product from Aqua Funded — same company, same team based in Dubai, different market. The evaluation structure and risk rules are similar across both products.
What is the difference between One Step and Instant models?
One Step requires passing a challenge with a 6% profit target before accessing funded capital. Instant models skip the evaluation entirely — Standard has a daily loss limit and EOD drawdown, Pro has trailing drawdown with no daily limit. Both offer 100% profit split.
What are the most common complaints about Aqua Futures?
Based on Trustpilot reviews, the most common complaints include payout denials after challenges were passed, support tickets left unresolved for extended periods, and accounts flagged without clear explanation. 38% of Trustpilot reviews are one-star.
Where is arbitration handled if there is a dispute?
Disputes are routed to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre under UAE law. If you are not based in the UAE, this creates a practical barrier to resolving disputes. This is documented in the Terms & Conditions.
Can Aqua Futures trigger a risk review at any time?
Yes. Aqua Futures reserves the right to conduct a risk review at any stage of the process, including during payout processing. Payouts may be withheld until the review is completed.
What happens if I go inactive on my account?
Accounts are permanently deactivated after 30 days of inactivity and cannot be restored. This applies to both evaluation and funded accounts.
Always do your own research. Never risk more than you can afford to lose. Last updated:
