No consistency rule in evaluation: All $3,000 can be generated in a single session without restriction — a significant structural advantage over the Beginner.
EOD maximum drawdown of $2,000 (4%): The initial floor is $48,000. Session closes at new highs raise the floor permanently. Breach at EOD terminates the evaluation.
40% consistency rule activates in funded stage only: The first funded payout requires reaching $52,100. A single day generating $840 or more (40% of $2,100) blocks the payout request until additional trading normalizes the ratio.
