Additional Rules

Single-phase evaluation with a 6% profit target: The Beginner challenge requires reaching $1,500 in profits on a $25,000 account. There is no time limit — the evaluation can be completed at any pace. All positions must be fully closed before the target is confirmed. Profit is measured on account balance, not equity.
No time limit: The Beginner evaluation has no deadline. Traders can take as long as needed to reach $1,500 while respecting all drawdown rules.
Daily loss limit of $600 — hard breach: On a $25,000 account, equity must not fall $600 below the day's starting balance during any session. The hard breach means immediate and permanent account termination upon hitting this threshold, with no recovery. The daily limit resets at the start of each new trading session.
EOD maximum drawdown of $1,000 (4%): The total loss limit is $1,000, calculated on an End-of-Day basis. The initial floor is $24,000. Profitable session closes raise the floor permanently. Breach at session close permanently terminates the evaluation.
40% consistency rule throughout evaluation and funded: No single trading day may represent 40% or more of total profits at any point during the evaluation or funded stage. On a $25,000 Beginner with a $1,500 profit target, a single day generating $600 (40% of $1,500) blocks evaluation completion until additional trading brings the ratio below 40%. The trader must exceed $1,500 in total profits — making the effective minimum required profit higher than the stated target whenever a strong single day is recorded.
5 winning trading days required per funded payout cycle: Each qualifying day must generate a minimum of $120 in net profit. Days below $120 do not count. All 5 winning days and the balance target ($26,500) must both be met before a reward request is submitted.
Reset fee of $39: If the evaluation is breached before completion, the account can be reset for $39 — the lowest reset fee in the AquaFutures evaluation lineup — allowing affordable reattempts.
Maximum contract of 1 Mini limits daily earning potential: With only 1 Mini contract (or 10 Micros) available, the $25,000 Beginner is the lowest-capacity evaluation account in the lineup. A single 1-point ES move generates $50 per contract — making daily profit accumulation toward the $1,500 target a gradual process that requires consistent session-level performance over multiple trading days.
40% consistency rule creates implicit minimum evaluation timeline: Since no single day can represent 40% of total profits, generating the full $1,500 in just 2-3 sessions requires careful distribution. A $600 first day ($600/$1,500 = 40%) technically blocks completion. At least 3 meaningful sessions are typically required to satisfy both the profit target and the consistency rule simultaneously.
Platforms: Tradovate, Volumetrica.

Scaling Plan

Single-phase evaluation followed by a funded scaling plan: The Beginner account requires passing a 1-Step evaluation with a $1,500 profit target before transitioning to a funded account where a progressive contract scaling plan applies.
Contract scaling in the funded stage for $25,000 Beginner: The funded account starts at 1 Mini / 10 Micros when funded profits are below $1,000. The $25,000 Beginner account does not have additional scaling tiers — the 1 Mini / 10 Micros capacity is the fixed maximum throughout the funded lifecycle regardless of profit growth.
Micro contracts fully supported: Micro contracts can be used at all times for more precise risk management and position scaling within the 1-Mini equivalent limit.
Balance target for funded payout eligibility: Before becoming eligible for the first reward, the funded account balance must reach $26,500 — representing $1,500 in funded profits (6% of starting balance). Subsequent payouts also require meeting the weekly schedule and 5 winning day requirements.
Weekly payouts with 100% profit split: All eligible profits belong to the trader. Reward cap per cycle: $750. Minimum payout: $250. AquaFutures guarantees payout processing within 24 hours or pays an additional $500.
Maximum funded allocation: Up to $450,000 across stacked accounts.
