Additional Rules
Single-phase evaluation with a 6% profit target: $3,000 profit required on a $50,000 account. No time limit. All positions must be closed before the target is confirmed.
Daily loss limit of $1,250 — hard breach: Equity must not fall $1,250 below the day's starting balance. On a $50,000 account with 3 Mini contracts, a 8-point adverse move on ES ($1,250 total) would trigger the daily breach. The hard breach terminates the account immediately and permanently.
EOD maximum drawdown of $2,500 (5%): The largest percentage drawdown in the AquaFutures Beginner lineup. The initial floor is $47,500. Profitable session closes raise the floor. Breach at EOD terminates the evaluation.
40% consistency rule throughout evaluation and funded: A single day generating $1,200 or more (40% of $3,000 target) blocks evaluation completion until total profits exceed $3,000. Combined with the hard daily breach at $1,250, the evaluation requires careful balance between generating meaningful daily profits and not producing any single day that dominates the total.
5 winning days per funded payout cycle (min $200/day): Days below $200 do not count toward the 5-day minimum. The balance target of $53,500 must also be met — requiring $3,500 in funded profits before any withdrawal is eligible.
Contract scaling starts at 1 Mini in funded: Despite 3 Minis during the evaluation, the funded stage begins at 1 Mini / 10 Micros. Full 3-Mini capacity is only accessible after $2,000 in funded profits — well within the first payout cycle's $3,500 balance target, meaning full capacity is typically unlocked before the first payout is eligible.
5% EOD drawdown is most generous in the Beginner lineup: The $2,500 buffer gives the $50,000 Beginner the highest absolute dollar protection against adverse sessions, accommodating the 2.5% daily limit and providing meaningful multi-session tolerance.
Platforms: Tradovate, Volumetrica.

Scaling Plan
Single-phase evaluation followed by funded contract scaling: After passing the evaluation, the funded account uses a progressive scaling plan. Below $1,000 in funded profits → 1 Mini / 10 Micros. $1,000–$2,000 → 2 Mini / 20 Micros. Above $2,000 → 3 Mini / 30 Micros (maximum). Updates occur at the next market open after EOD profits cross each threshold.
Balance target for first funded payout: The funded account must reach $53,500 ($3,500 above the starting balance) before the first reward can be requested. Subsequent payouts follow the weekly schedule with 5 winning days required per cycle.
Weekly 100% profit split. Reward cap $1,500 per cycle. Min payout $250. 24-hour payout guarantee.
Maximum funded allocation: up to $450,000.
