E8 Markets
E8 Markets has been around since 2021 and somehow managed to avoid any major scandals, viral payout complaints, or regulatory visits. In this industry, that's either a sign of a well-run operation or a sign that nobody famous enough has tried to withdraw yet. Pass rate suggests the former.

Who Is This Firm For?
About E8 Markets
E8 Markets stands out through its highly customizable trading conditions, allowing traders to adjust profit targets, drawdown levels, and account rules based on their strategy. It offers profit splits of up to 100% and supports multiple asset classes including forex, indices, commodities, crypto, and futures.
The firm supports platforms such as MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker, making it accessible to both manual and algorithmic traders. It allows most trading styles including EAs, copy trading (within own accounts), and news trading—with some restrictions in funded stages.
E8 Markets enforces a Best Day rule (35–40%), limiting how much profit can come from a single day before requesting payouts.
Payouts are flexible (daily, weekly, or on-demand depending on account type) and typically processed within a few days, with many users reporting reliable withdrawals.
Overall, E8 Markets is a flexible and trader-friendly prop firm, best suited for traders who want customization and fast payouts while maintaining consistent risk management.

Neither a win nor a loss
Three months in and the jury is still out. Spread widening during news is within reason but not as tight as advertised. I will stay for now but keep an eye on alternatives.— Verified Trader (siddharth f.) See all reviews
Check which E8 model you're on before you trade news or hold overnight — E8 One and E8 Signature have different rules on both. The Best Day cap (35-40%) is the most commonly misunderstood rule — keep your best day under the threshold before requesting a payout.

E8 Markets – Trading Conditions
E8 Markets gives off a slightly more “technical” vibe from the start.
It’s less storytelling and more about:
limits, thresholds, caps, and making sure you don’t treat the account like a stress test for their servers.
Nothing overly dramatic.
Max Position Size
- 50 lots per order (FX & indices)
- 20 lots per order (XAUUSD)
Think of this as a speed limiter. You can go fast… just not that fast.
Trade Duration Rule
- You cannot have more than 50% of trades under 1 minute.
So quick trades are fine.
Building your entire strategy around blinking in and out of positions… not really.
Server Request Limitations
- Max 100 open orders at once
- Max 2000 order modifications per day (TP/SL included)
- Max 2000 positions per day
This is where it starts to feel less like trading rules
and more like: “please don’t turn this into a high-frequency experiment.”
Risk Management
- Risking your entire daily drawdown on one trade is not allowed
- Violations may result in:
- Account termination
- Fee refund (wow) (from the breached account)
They’re basically saying:
“If your plan is ‘this one trade decides everything’… reconsider.”
Risk Exposure Limitation
- E8 may limit your strategy to 1% risk per trade idea or time horizon
- Applies if they detect prohibited practices
This is the “we’ll step in if things look off” rule.
Not always visible upfront…
but very present when needed.
Copy Trading
- Not allowed between evaluation accounts
- Allowed:
- Between your own personal accounts
- Between funded and evaluation accounts
Each evaluation must stand on its own.
No shortcuts, no parallel attempts running the same playbook.
EAs (Expert Advisors)
- Allowed
- But:
- Multiple users running the same EA/strategy may lead to account termination.
So yes, you can use automation.
Just don’t use the same “secret EA” as half the internet.
Hedging
- Hedging across accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Applies even if all accounts belong to you.
No internal balancing tricks across accounts.
Each one is expected to live (or die) on its own.
News Trading
- Allowed:
- Evaluation stages
- E8 Signature Funded
- Restricted:
- E8 One Funded → No trading 5 minutes before/after news
Different rules depending on account type.
Because consistency is great… but flexibility sells better.
Signature Program Rules
- No overnight or weekend holding allowed
Profit & Withdrawal Logic
- If profits exceed dynamic drawdown value:
- You can withdraw all profits
- BUT:
- If you withdraw everything → account closes
It’s like being told:
“You can take everything… just understand that’s the end of the story.”
Inactivity Rule
- After 60 days of inactivity:
- Account is disabled
- No refund
You get more time than most firms.
Still not infinite.
Final Take
E8 Markets feels more like a controlled environment than a flexible playground.
The rules focus heavily on:
- Limiting extremes
- Preventing aggressive behavior
- Keeping execution within “normal” boundaries
Nothing feels particularly hidden.
But several rules give them room to step in if your strategy starts looking… unconventional.
If your style is:
- Structured
- Moderate in speed
- Controlled in risk
You’ll likely fit in well.
If it leans toward:
- High-frequency execution
- Aggressive scaling
- Or pushing technical limits
You might start feeling like the system is designed to slow you down… on purpose.

no complaints from me
jumped in during a 30% off promo, figured worst case i learn something. partial closes and trailing stops both worked exactly like they should. their content creators seem to actually trade the product instead of just reading scripts. i like that they show your stats in real time instead of a delayed dashboard.
best eval i've taken
Heard about them on a youtube review and figured i'd see for myself. i renewed my challenge this month which is basically my whole review right there. slippage outside of high impact news is basically a non issue for me. first withdrawal had a kyc step but it was a quick selfie and id … done in five minutes. platform hasnt frozen on me once in three months of pretty heavy use. they kept their end every single time, that is the whole story.
Payouts Are Legit
Signed up mostly to test their platform before committing real focus. execution during london open is tight enough to scalp if you are into that. their live chat actually connected me to a person not a bot loop for twenty minutes. the daily loss limit gives you enough room to actually trade your plan instead of choking you out. the trailing drawdown is reasonable if you size your positions like an adult. their spreads on gold are tighter than the broker i was using before i found them.
Pleasantly Surprised Tbh
only tried them because a friend got a referral bonus. they grandfathered my old account rules when they updated their terms which felt fair. kyc was painless, uploaded my id and got verified the same afternoon. they honoured a payout even though i fat fingered a lot size, very fair. you can hold trades through the weekend on the funded side which a lot of firms wont let you do. their scaling plan doesnt reset your progress if you have one losing month which is rare. if you respect the drawdown they will respect your withdrawals, simple.
two payouts and counting
Picked them mostly because the eval price was easy to swallow. fees are reasonable for what you get and the retake discount softens the blow. support answered a dumb question of mine with an actual example instead of a canned reply. their dashboard is genuinely useful, learned stuff about my own trading just looking at it. had one weird order rejection and they tracked it to a platform bug and credited me back. the challenge target felt achievable with proper risk, not some gambling threshold. been burned before so trust me, these people are the real deal.
glad i switched
Came here after getting burned somewhere else and starting over. ive done three withdrawals now and every single one landed on schedule no excuses. they refunded my eval fee when i got funded which was a nice surprise. their server uptime during the last nfp was flawless from where i sat. drawdown is end of day based not intraday so a quick wick against me doesnt kill the account. i would rank them top three of everything i have tried this year.
payouts hit on time
My prop firm group chat would not shut up about them so i caved. the eval took me like 27 trading days total … not fast not slow, just fair. got my first payout via crypto and it landed in under an hour after approval. first withdrawal i was sweating bullets but it came through clean and on time. the scaling lets you double your account size every time you clear a payout milestone. no asterisks … no surprises, just a firm that pays, love it. can you guys get in contact with this firm if I provide an acc number? their customer support hasn't replied in ages.
rules are strict but fair
wanted something with weekend holding allowed so i landed here. the drawdown is calculated on balance not equity which honestly saved me a few times. i moved up an account tier and the upgrade process took all of five minutes. they paused my consistency tracker when i asked for a couple weeks off, super flexible. the second phase target was lower than phase one which kept me sane. this is the one i recommend when people ask where to start.
Good For Swing Traders
started here as a complete beginner … here is how that went. monthly fee on the challenge is honestly cheap compared to what others charge for the same size. verification took one round of documents and they didnt ask me for ten random things. overnight swaps are charged but they are upfront about the numbers.
Exactly What I Hoped For
Ok so i ran their evaluation start to finish and took notes the whole way. crypto and wire both supported, i did wire and it hit my bank in two business days. spreads are fine, nothing crazy, nothing terrible, it is a prop firm not a charity. the rules are written in plain english so i actually knew what id get banned for before i started. i had a losing month and they did not nuke my account, just the usual rules applied.
