Tradexprop
Tradexprop has a 14.8% pass rate and a hidden rules score of 3.3. Not catastrophic but not inspiring either. If you're comparing options in this tier, there are firms with cleaner rules and better pass rates. Just saying.

About Tradexprop
The problem is a 14.8% pass rate and a track record short enough that "payout reliability" is still more of a hope than a documented pattern. The structure looks fine. Come back in two years when there's actual data to verify it.

Tradexprop — Trading Conditions
Tradexprop keeps things relatively clean on the surface — simple models, no strict time limits, straightforward targets. The rules that matter most are in the T&C rather than the homepage, which is either refreshing transparency or a gentle reminder to always read the fine print.
Forbidden Trading Practices
▪ Exploiting platform or pricing errors or latency
▪ Utilizing non-public or insider information
▪ Front-running trades placed elsewhere
▪ Trading in any way that jeopardizes broker relationships or creates regulatory issues
▪ Third-party, off-the-shelf or challenge-passing strategies
▪ Strategy switching between evaluation and funded account — prohibited
▪ Arbitrage between accounts or with any third-party firm
▪ Group trading, signal services or passing services
▪ Account sharing — accounts are personal and non-transferable
▪ All-or-nothing trading — committing all or substantial portion of capital to a single trade
▪ Excessive leverage across a series of one-directional trades
▪ Group hedging across multiple accounts with opposing positions
News Trading
▪ Restricted — no positions may be opened within 3 minutes before or after a high-impact news event
▪ Violations: P&L removed, leverage reduced, or account breached — at firm's sole and absolute discretion
▪ Company has sole and absolute discretion in determining what constitutes a News Event
▪ Rule is stated as non-punitive for inadvertent trading — but enforcement is discretionary
The 3-minute window is stricter than most firms in this category. Most apply a 2-minute or 5-minute restriction — Tradexprop sits at 3 minutes with broad discretionary enforcement. The practical implication: set your alerts for 3 minutes before scheduled releases, not at the release itself.
Expert Advisors
▪ Algorithmic trading: supported across evaluation and funded accounts
▪ Third-party or off-the-shelf EAs: prohibited

▪ Trades that mirror or closely align with another trader across multiple accounts: prohibited

Final Take
Tradexprop delivers what it promises — simple models, competitive entry prices (2-Step $5K at $35 is one of the lowest in the industry), no time limits, and within-account hedging explicitly permitted. The 3.3/10 Hidden Rules Meter reflects a firm where the basics are clear but some conditions only surface after deeper T&C review.
The 3-minute news window, the no-refund policy, and the broad company termination rights are the three things worth reading before you commit. None are dealbreakers for structured traders — but all three are stricter or broader than the homepage suggests.
If your approach is consistent, your risk is controlled, and you don't rely on news trading for a significant portion of your profits — Tradexprop is a competitive option, particularly at the lower account sizes where the entry price is genuinely accessible.

passed eventually lol
Went with the smallest account size to keep the risk low while i learned. they cap the max lot size which annoyed me at first but it protects you. had one weird order rejection and they tracked it to a platform bug and credited me back. partial closes and trailing stops both worked exactly like they should. email notifications can lag a bit which is mildly annoying but not a dealbreaker. would i do it again? yeah, probably with a bigger account next time.
Finally A Firm That Pays
Got tired of demo trading and figured a challenge would force me to focus. i passed phase one then immediately fumbled phase two before pulling it back in teh last week. thier mobile app is basic but it does let me check my account on the go. bro the challenge rules are strict but at least they are written in plain english for once. recommend with the usual caveat that you have to actually read the rules.
support actually replies
Started with their two step eval because teh one step felt too good to be true. spreads are fine, nothing crazy … nothing terrible … it is a prop firm not a charity. idk but pricing is not the cheapest but you kind of pay for the peace of mind. the profit target on phase one is ambitious but not insane. consistency rule almost got me once because i did not read the fine print, my bad not theirs. there is a discord and staff actually show up in it occasionally. they passed the only test that matters, they paid me.
mixed but mostly good
jumped in during a 30% off promo, figured worst case i learn something. execution during london open is tight enough to scalp if you are into that. i like that the daily loss limit resets at a sane hour for my timezone. i renewed my challenge this month which is basically my whole review right there. the drawdown is calculated on balance not equity which honestly saved me a few times. their economic calendar integration is a small thing but i use it daily. no notes really, it just works.
not bad at all
My first funded acount ever was with these guys so i am a bit biased. i scaled twice and each bump was a real size jump not some token gesture. payouts are biweekly on funded accounts which is way better than teh monthly firms. i got a small payout bonus for hitting a milestone which was unexpected. i compared them against three others and they had the best balance of price and rules. they cap the max lot size which annoyed me at first but it protects you. bro
reliable little firm
Not gonna lie i went in expecting the worst. platform was stable the whole time, no random disconnects during news. the second phase target was lower than phase one which kept me sane. the challenge timer is generous, i never felt rushed into bad trades. the news trading rule confused me at first but the faq actually explains why it exists. i moved up an account tier and the upgrade process took all of five minutes.
platform is rock solid
They popped up on a youtube ad and against my better judgement i clicked. slippage outside of high impact news is basically a non issue for me. getting verified for a payout needed an id and a selfie, standard stuff, painless. their content creators seem to actually trade the product instead of just reading scripts. the funded payout split started at 80/20 and scaled up which felt fair. repeat customer here so take that for what it is worth.
funded and paid
My buddy kept hyping these guys up so i gave them a shot. kyc was painless, uploaded my id and got verified the same afternoon. the scaling plan is actually motivating instead of being some impossible carrot on a stick. the verification email came instantly instead of the usual 24 hour wait. crypto and wire both supported, i did wire and it hit my bank in two business days. if you treat it like a business and not a casino you will be fine here.
Real firm, real payouts
I have been with this firm for about three months now. The consistency rule exists but it is not punishingly strict. I would comfortably recommend them to anyone serious about prop trading.
No complaints here
After comparing about ten different firms I landed on this one. Retake discounts make it reasonable to try again after a breach. Happy to keep trading here and would sign up again if I had to.
