Because you are trading live firm capital from day one, discipline is key. The account features a 10% Static Maximum Drawdown ($1,000), meaning the account is breached if the equity or balance falls below $9,000. This is a fixed floor that does not trail your profit. A 40% Profit Consistency Rule is enforced: no single trading day can account for more than 40% of your total profit at the time of a payout request. This prevents "one-shot" gambling and ensures your strategy is repeatable. Lastly, while there are no minimum trading days, the account must not remain inactive for more than 30 consecutive days.
Scaling Plan
The $10,000 Instant Standard account features an aggressive scaling path designed to reward long-term profitability. For every 10% profit target achieved on the account, Finotive increases your capital by 30%.
