Who Is This Firm For?
About Aqua Futures
The Trustpilot picture tells two stories simultaneously. 44% five-star reviews suggest a meaningful number of traders are getting through and getting paid. 38% one-star reviews suggest a meaningful number of others are not — and some of them are not quiet about it. Common themes in the negative reviews include payout denials after challenges were passed, support tickets left unresolved for weeks, and accounts flagged for reasons that weren't clearly communicated upfront.
The firm actively manages its Trustpilot presence with a paid subscription. The arbitration clause routes disputes to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Both facts are worth knowing before you sign up.
The product itself is competitive — four account configurations, no activation fee, 100% profit split, and two instant funding paths that skip the evaluation entirely. If the experience matches the positive reviews, it delivers. If it doesn't, you'll find out after you've already committed.

The risk review clause is the most important rule to understand before you commit — Aqua Futures can trigger a review and withhold a payout at any point, including after you've already submitted a withdrawal request. The 30-day inactivity rule permanently deactivates accounts with no restoration option — don't activate an account until you're ready to trade. Research current community feedback on Reddit and independent forums, not just Trustpilot, which the firm actively manages with a paid subscription.

Aqua Futures — Trading Conditions
Aqua Futures is the futures product from Aqua Funded — same team, same Dubai address, different market. The rules are structured around one principle: trade responsibly or don't trade at all. What "responsibly" means is defined at the firm's discretion, which is either reassuring or concerning depending on which side of the 38% one-star Trustpilot reviews you end up on.
Forbidden Trading Practices
▪ Exploiting errors or latency in pricing or platform
▪ Utilizing non-public or insider information
▪ Front-running trades placed elsewhere
▪ Trading in any way that jeopardizes the broker relationship or may result in trade cancellation
▪ Third-party, off-the-shelf or challenge-passing strategies
▪ Strategy switching between evaluation and funded — same approach required throughout
▪ Equity CFD gap trading near market close — prohibited at sole discretion
▪ Arbitrage between accounts or with any third-party firm
▪ Account sharing — accounts are personal and non-transferable
▪ Traders associated with competing prop firms — immediate termination
The competitor clause is unusual and worth noting. If you're a principal, owner, or otherwise directly associated with another prop firm while trading here — the account is terminated immediately. Not after a warning. Immediately.
News Trading
▪ No explicit news trading ban in the T&C
▪ Boom or Bust approach prohibited — account success or failure cannot rely on one trade or a series of trades connected to a major news event
▪ Excessive risk exacerbated by news events: classified as prohibited conduct
▪ Risk review may be triggered if news trading patterns are flagged
You can trade news. You cannot bet the account on it. The distinction is real — but so is the discretion the firm has in defining where one ends and the other begins.
Expert Advisors
▪ No explicit EA ban in the T&C
▪ Strategy consistency rule applies — switching from EA to manual between evaluation and funded stage: violation
▪ Strategies exploiting platform errors or pricing delays: prohibited
▪ Arbitrage-based automated systems: prohibited
Automation isn't explicitly banned. The consistency rule means whatever tool you use to pass has to be the tool you use when funded. If you switch, expect a review.
Copy Trading
▪ Third-party strategies and shared execution: prohibited
▪ Account management by third parties: not allowed
▪ Accounts limited to one active account per challenge level without prior written approval
▪ Account purchased on behalf of a third party: prohibited
Risk Management Policy
▪ Aqua Futures may perform a risk review at any stage — including during payout processing
▪ Excessive risk per trade: prohibited
▪ Excessive cumulative risk across overlapping trades: prohibited
▪ Boom or bust approach around news events: prohibited
▪ Trading in a way that would cause real financial harm to the broker in a live environment: prohibited
▪ Exploiting pricing feed errors or delays including arbitrage: prohibited
The risk review clause is the one worth reading twice. Aqua Futures can trigger a review — and withhold a payout — at any point in the process. Including after you've already requested the withdrawal. Whether that's prudent risk management or a convenient exit clause depends on your experience with the firm.

Final Take
Aqua Futures offers competitive pricing, 100% profit split, four distinct account configurations, and immediate funded access through the Instant models. On those metrics, it competes with the better-known futures products.
The community feedback tells a different story. 38% one-star reviews across 154 Trustpilot ratings isn't a statistical anomaly — it's a pattern. The recurring themes are payout denials after challenges were passed, support tickets that went unanswered for weeks, and accounts flagged for reasons that weren't clearly explained. The 44% five-star reviews suggest these outcomes are not universal — but they're common enough to matter.
The risk review clause, the Dubai arbitration requirement, and the 30-day permanent deactivation rule are the three things worth understanding before you fund an account. None of them are unusual in isolation. Together, they create a framework where the firm has significant discretion over outcomes that the trader cannot easily challenge.
If your experience matches the positive reviews, the product delivers. If it doesn't, the dispute resolution path is Dubai arbitration. Research current community experiences before you commit — and not just the ones on Trustpilot, which the firm actively manages with a paid subscription.

great firm slow support
Tried a bunch of firms this year so i know what to look for by now. the eval was fair but the funded account rules are noticeably tighter, read both. the eval gave me plenty of time … the funded phase felt rushed by comparison. the funded account felt real but the first payout had an extra verification step. execution during london open was fine … new york open had some slippage. payout processing is fine but you have to hit a minimum balance first.
Reliable Enough
A youtuber i actually trust reviewed them so i pulled the trigger. spreads are tighter than my last firm but execution is a touch slower. fees crept up since i joined and the retake discount quietly got smaller. i asked support the same question twice and got two different answers. good firm overall but their server had a couple of outages during my challenge.
jury is still out
Tried them out after a refund nightmare with a competitor. fees for resetting the challenge are steep if you fail late. i got funded on the second try, the firm was fair about the reset at least. withdrawal fees are small but they exist where other firms eat them. the funded rules are stricter than the eval which caught me off guard. withdrawals work but the minimum payout threshold is higher than i would like. depends entirely on whether you mind a slow back office.
solid platform, no surprises
bought the cheapest account they had just to test the waters. reset on a blown challenge was free which saved me from buying a whole new account. overnight swaps are charged but they are upfront about the numbers. their content creators seem to actually trade the product instead of just reading scripts. no hidden gotchas on the payout page, what they say is what you actually get. honestly the rules made my retail trading better too, forced discipline and all that. verdict: boring in the best possible way.
No Drama Just Trades
So i finally caved and bought a challenge here after months of lurking. i had a losing month and they did not nuke my account, just the usual rules applied. i hit up support on a saturday night fully expecting silence and someone replied in maybe ten minutes. i got a small payout bonus for hitting a milestone which was unexpected. honestly the smoothest funded experience i have had, would sign up again.
read the fine print
Started with thier two step eval because teh one step felt too good to be true. man support solved my issue in the end but the first two answers were copy paste. drawdown tracking in the dashboard is accurate but updates with a delay. the profit target felt fair but the minimum trading days dragged it out. i passed phase one then immediately fumbled phase two before pulling it back in the last week. they paid me but the wait made me sweat more than i liked.
mostly happy few gripes
They popped up on a youtube ad and against my better judgement i clicked. support was polite enough but every reply came a full day apart. platform works but it doesnt save my chart layouts between sessions. verification cleared but they asked me to re record the video once. commission per lot is average … nothing that ruins a strategy but you notice it. i like the platform, i just wish it didnt log me out on every refresh. if the support improved i would bump this up a star or two.
glad i picked these guys
Wanted a firm with a platform i already knew how to use. i like that they show your stats in real time instead of a delayed dashboard. my market orders fill basically where i click, slippage has been almost nothing so far. can you guys get in contact with this firm if I provide an acc number? their customer support hasn't replied in a week. i traded indices mostly and the spreads on those were perfectly fine. the buffer between daily loss and max loss gives you breathing room on a bad day.
payouts are legit
Heard about them on a youtube review and figured i'd see for myself. you can hold trades through the weekend on the funded side which a lot of firms wont let you do. i appreciated that they email you before a rule change instead of springing it. you get a real account dashboard with trade history and stats not just a balance number.
Good Firm Bad App
wanted something with weekend holding allowed so i landed here. the consistency rule is doable but it punishes one good day way too hard. payout came in crypto fine but the fiat option had extra steps. spreads widen a touch on the new york session but still nothing to write home about. half the rules are fine … the other half feel like they were written to trip you up. i stay because moving firms is a pain … not because they earned it.
