Aqua Futures
Aqua Futures is the futures arm of Aqua Funded — same parent company, different product. The maximum allocation sounds great. The hidden rules score is moderate and the T&Cs are longer than they look. Read everything before you buy.

Who Is This Firm For?
About Aqua Futures
The Trustpilot picture tells two stories simultaneously. 44% five-star reviews suggest a meaningful number of traders are getting through and getting paid. 38% one-star reviews suggest a meaningful number of others are not — and some of them are not quiet about it. Common themes in the negative reviews include payout denials after challenges were passed, support tickets left unresolved for weeks, and accounts flagged for reasons that weren't clearly communicated upfront.
The firm actively manages its Trustpilot presence with a paid subscription. The arbitration clause routes disputes to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Both facts are worth knowing before you sign up.
The product itself is competitive — four account configurations, no activation fee, 100% profit split, and two instant funding paths that skip the evaluation entirely. If the experience matches the positive reviews, it delivers. If it doesn't, you'll find out after you've already committed.

solid platform, no surprises

The risk review clause is the most important rule to understand before you commit — Aqua Futures can trigger a review and withhold a payout at any point, including after you've already submitted a withdrawal request. The 30-day inactivity rule permanently deactivates accounts with no restoration option — don't activate an account until you're ready to trade. Research current community feedback on Reddit and independent forums, not just Trustpilot, which the firm actively manages with a paid subscription.

Aqua Futures — Trading Conditions
Aqua Futures is the futures product from Aqua Funded — same team, same Dubai address, different market. The rules are structured around one principle: trade responsibly or don't trade at all. What "responsibly" means is defined at the firm's discretion, which is either reassuring or concerning depending on which side of the 38% one-star Trustpilot reviews you end up on.
Forbidden Trading Practices
▪ Exploiting errors or latency in pricing or platform
▪ Utilizing non-public or insider information
▪ Front-running trades placed elsewhere
▪ Trading in any way that jeopardizes the broker relationship or may result in trade cancellation
▪ Third-party, off-the-shelf or challenge-passing strategies
▪ Strategy switching between evaluation and funded — same approach required throughout
▪ Equity CFD gap trading near market close — prohibited at sole discretion
▪ Arbitrage between accounts or with any third-party firm
▪ Account sharing — accounts are personal and non-transferable
▪ Traders associated with competing prop firms — immediate termination
The competitor clause is unusual and worth noting. If you're a principal, owner, or otherwise directly associated with another prop firm while trading here — the account is terminated immediately. Not after a warning. Immediately.
News Trading
▪ No explicit news trading ban in the T&C
▪ Boom or Bust approach prohibited — account success or failure cannot rely on one trade or a series of trades connected to a major news event
▪ Excessive risk exacerbated by news events: classified as prohibited conduct
▪ Risk review may be triggered if news trading patterns are flagged
You can trade news. You cannot bet the account on it. The distinction is real — but so is the discretion the firm has in defining where one ends and the other begins.
Expert Advisors
▪ No explicit EA ban in the T&C
▪ Strategy consistency rule applies — switching from EA to manual between evaluation and funded stage: violation
▪ Strategies exploiting platform errors or pricing delays: prohibited
▪ Arbitrage-based automated systems: prohibited
Automation isn't explicitly banned. The consistency rule means whatever tool you use to pass has to be the tool you use when funded. If you switch, expect a review.
Copy Trading
▪ Third-party strategies and shared execution: prohibited
▪ Account management by third parties: not allowed
▪ Accounts limited to one active account per challenge level without prior written approval
▪ Account purchased on behalf of a third party: prohibited
Risk Management Policy
▪ Aqua Futures may perform a risk review at any stage — including during payout processing
▪ Excessive risk per trade: prohibited
▪ Excessive cumulative risk across overlapping trades: prohibited
▪ Boom or bust approach around news events: prohibited
▪ Trading in a way that would cause real financial harm to the broker in a live environment: prohibited
▪ Exploiting pricing feed errors or delays including arbitrage: prohibited
The risk review clause is the one worth reading twice. Aqua Futures can trigger a review — and withhold a payout — at any point in the process. Including after you've already requested the withdrawal. Whether that's prudent risk management or a convenient exit clause depends on your experience with the firm.

Final Take
Aqua Futures offers competitive pricing, 100% profit split, four distinct account configurations, and immediate funded access through the Instant models. On those metrics, it competes with the better-known futures products.
The community feedback tells a different story. 38% one-star reviews across 154 Trustpilot ratings isn't a statistical anomaly — it's a pattern. The recurring themes are payout denials after challenges were passed, support tickets that went unanswered for weeks, and accounts flagged for reasons that weren't clearly explained. The 44% five-star reviews suggest these outcomes are not universal — but they're common enough to matter.
The risk review clause, the Dubai arbitration requirement, and the 30-day permanent deactivation rule are the three things worth understanding before you fund an account. None of them are unusual in isolation. Together, they create a framework where the firm has significant discretion over outcomes that the trader cannot easily challenge.
If your experience matches the positive reviews, the product delivers. If it doesn't, the dispute resolution path is Dubai arbitration. Research current community experiences before you commit — and not just the ones on Trustpilot, which the firm actively manages with a paid subscription.

jury is still out
Chose them after reading through a comparison thread. drawdown rules are clear, the part that got me was how the buffer shrinks. support solved my issue in the end but the first two answers were copy paste. the payout came through but a week later than the window they advertise. i had no payout issues but i kept screenshots of everything just in case. drawdown is calculated on balance not equity which is fine once you adjust but nobody tells you upfront. i would lean yes but ask me again after my next withdrawal.
honestly impressed
Trading forex for years but new to the prop side of things. the weekly market recap they send is actually worth reading. the payout actually hit my account in like two days which i did not expect. their spreads on gold are tighter than the broker i was using before i found them. support answered a dumb question of mine with an actual example instead of a canned reply. their scaling plan doesnt reset your progress if you have one losing month which is rare. i have nothing dramatic to report and honestly that is the highest praise.
quietly impressed
Been demoing strategies for a while and finally went live with these. their mobile app is basic but it does let me check my account on the go. the consistency rule is generous compared to the firms that cap you hard. the withdrawal request i submitted on a tuesday was sitting in my bank by thursday morning. support remembered my previous ticket and didnt make me re-explain the whole thing. i came in skeptical and i am leaving funded, draw your own conclusions.
Worth The Eval Fee
Funded trader for about a year now bouncing between a couple firms. i got a partial refund of my fee back with my first payout which i wasnt expecting. they sent me a little congrats email with my payout confirmation which was a nice touch. support speaks actual english and not copy pasted template answers. did not expect to stay this long but they keep delivering.
some wins some headaches
Jumped in during a discount they were running over the holidays. everything worked but i needed to chase support for the funded login. the firm is legit as far as i can tell, just slower on everything than advertised. they answered my kyc question but pointed me to a help doc that was outdated. fees for resetting the challenge are steep if you fail late.
almost good
Picked them because they were one of the few that took traders from my country. withdrawal fees are small but they exist where other firms eat them. my first payout was smooth, the second one needed a support ticket to shake loose. i got funded on the second try, the firm was fair about the reset at least. customer service is friendly but clearly works limited hours. depends entirely on whether you mind a slow back office.
does what it says
Went with the smallest account size to keep the risk low while i learned. the leverage is sensible, enough to work with but not enough to wreck yourself by accident. execution during london open has been clean even when spreads widen everywhere else. the verification email came instantly instead of the usual 24 hour wait. i was funded the same day i passed, no waiting around for a manual review for a week.
solid but not flawless
A coworker who trades pointed me toward them. the platform does the job but it freezes for a second or two when news drops. they cap the max lot size which annoyed me at first but it protects you. my account got funded but the credentials email took a day to arrive. i passed phase one then immediately fumbled phase two before pulling it back in the last week. the rules pdf is thorough but it really needs a summary at the top. jury is still out, the payout helped their case but barely.
ok firm odd rules
long time retail trader, first time messing with a prop firm. platform choice is limited, they push their own one pretty hard. good firm overall but their server had a couple of outages during my challenge. payouts are reliable so far but the schedule is biweekly not on demand. the eval gave me plenty of time, the funded phase felt rushed by comparison. passing was easier than the funded account which flips the difficulty on its head. they pay, they just make you work for the peace of mind.
funded and paid
My buddy kept hyping these guys up so i gave them a shot. their server uptime during the last nfp was flawless from where i sat. i hit up support on a saturday night fully expecting silence and someone replied in maybe ten minutes. their live chat actually connected me to a person not a bot loop for twenty minutes. not the cheapest, not the flashiest, just reliable, and that is enough.
