Scalping is disabled across every model and every platform — verify your strategy compatibility before purchasing. The Custom model is the most flexible option: configure drawdown, profit target, profit split (65%, 80%, or 95%), days between payouts (0, 10, or 21), contract scaling, and news trading before you buy. Prime offers weekly payouts and trailing drawdown — the only model with scaling available on $100K. Check the funded news trading restrictions specifically, as evaluation and funded rules differ.

FuturesElite — Trading Conditions
FuturesElite is the futures product from Funded Elite — four account types, six platforms, and a Custom configurator that lets you set your own parameters before you buy. The rules are clearly structured. The scalping restriction is the one most traders miss. It applies everywhere, without exception.
Forbidden Trading Practices
▪ Scalping — disabled across all models, all platforms, all account sizes
▪ HFT strategies
▪ Strategy switching between evaluation and funded stage
▪ Account sharing — accounts personal and non-transferable
▪ Third-party account management
▪ Any trading inconsistent with actual futures market practices
The scalping restriction is a hard disable — not a guideline, not a soft flag. If your strategy involves short-duration trades, verify compatibility before purchasing. There is no model where scalping is permitted.
News Trading
▪ Elite, Prime, Instant evaluation: news trading allowed
▪ Custom model: news trading configurable via toggle before purchase
▪ All funded accounts: news trading with restrictions
▪ Specific funded restrictions: check help center for current window rules
The evaluation and funded rules are different. Passing with unrestricted news trading and then discovering the restrictions on the funded stage is a pattern worth avoiding. Read the funded conditions specifically before you start.
Expert Advisors
▪ No explicit EA ban in the rules
▪ Scalping restriction applies to EA strategies equally — if the EA scalps, it's prohibited
▪ Strategy consistency rule: same approach required from evaluation through funded
▪ Strategies inconsistent with actual futures market practices: prohibited
Automation is not banned. Automated scalping is. The distinction matters more for EAs than for manual traders.
Consistency Rule
▪ Applies on funded accounts across all models
▪ Does not apply during evaluation on Elite, Prime, or Instant
▪ Custom model: consistency rule applied by default
▪ Same trading approach required throughout the funded stage

Final Take
FuturesElite is one of the more thoughtfully structured futures prop products available. Six platforms, four distinct models, a Custom configurator with real flexibility, weekly payouts on Prime, and 4.6/5 on Trustpilot across 290 reviews with active support responses — these are genuine differentiators.
The scalping restriction is the rule that catches the most traders off guard. It applies across every model, every platform, and every account size without exception. If your strategy involves short-duration trades, this is the first thing to verify before you buy anything.
The payout caps are the second thing to understand — they vary by model and account size and apply per cycle, not per month. On Elite $50K, the cap is $2,000 per cycle. On Prime $50K, it's $1,300. The Custom model lets you choose 95% profit split if you're willing to pay the higher price — but the scalping restriction still applies regardless of what you configure.
For futures traders who want platform flexibility and a product built by a team with a track record — FuturesElite is one of the more credible options in the space.

took my money and gave it back with interest
So i finally caved and bought a challenge here after months of lurking. i never had to chase support, they actually closed my ticket the same day. the onboarding walkthrough actually explained the rules instead of dumping a pdf on me. getting verified for a payout needed an id and a selfie, standard stuff, painless. the buffer between daily loss and max loss gives you breathing room on a bad day. their economic calendar integration is a small thing but i use it daily. rules are clear, support is human, payments are real, what else do you want.
they earned my trust
I scalp news sometimes so i specifically checked their rules first this time. support remembered my previous ticket and didnt make me re-explain the whole thing. the daily loss limit gives you enough room to actually trade your plan instead of choking you out. i traded indices mostly and the spreads on those were perfectly fine. support gave me a straight answer about overnight holds instead of dodging the question. i would rank them top three of everything i have tried this year.
no surprises here
First prop firm i actually stuck with long enough to get funded. the verification email came instantly instead of the usual 24 hour wait. ive done three withdrawals now and every single one landed on schedule no excuses. their dashboard is genuinely useful, learned stuff about my own trading just looking at it. the challenge timer is generous, i never felt rushed into bad trades.
survived the challenge
Switched over when my old firm changed their drawdown rules overnight. verification took one round of documents and they didnt ask me for ten random things. i compared them against three others and they had the best balance of price and rules. i requested a payout three times and all three landed inside the promised window. would i do it again? yeah … probably with a bigger account next time.
no complaints really
Came here after getting burned somewhere else and starting over. the second phase target was lower than phase one which kept me sane. i renewed my challenge this month which is basically my whole review right there. fees are reasonable for what you get and the retake discount softens the blow. had one weird order rejection and they tracked it to a platform bug and credited me back. i can run my own ea on their platform and it ran without any weird restrictions. sticking with them for now, they earned it.
good but not perfect
got the account as a gift and decided to actually use it. email notifications can lag a bit which is mildly annoying but not a dealbreaker. the platform is reliable, i just wish they offered more than one option. execution is fine in london hours but i saw real slippage in the asian session. the mobile app logs me out every other day which gets old fast. they get a maybe from me, which is more than most firms get.
Fair Rules Fast Payouts
Picked these guys mostly because of the discount code floating around. the scaling lets you double your account size every time you clear a payout milestone. partial closes and trailing stops both worked exactly like they should. the funded payout split started at 80/20 and scaled up which felt fair. first withdrawal had a kyc step but it was a quick selfie and id, done in five minutes. their live chat actually connected me to a person not a bot loop for twenty minutes. four stars, the missing one is just me being picky about the ui.
glad i gave them a shot
A coworker who trades pointed me toward them. i emailed about a deduction i didnt understand and they explained it within the hour. i requested a payout three times and all three landed inside the promised window. they sent me a little congrats email with my payout confirmation which was a nice touch. they refunded my eval fee when i got funded which was a nice surprise. the challenge rules are strict but at least they are written in plain english for once. got paid, that is the whole review really, everything else is noise.
reliable little firm
my first funded account ever was with these guys so i am a bit biased. execution during london open is tight enough to scalp if you are into that. no surprise inactivity fees which i half expected to get hit with. there is a discord and staff actually show up in it occasionally. can you guys get in contact with this firm if I provide an acc number? their customer support hasn't replied in 3 days. the drawdown is calculated on balance not equity which honestly saved me a few times. had one weird order rejection and they tracked it to a platform bug and credited me back. still funded, still profitable, still getting paid, that is the test that matters.
They Actually Pay
Funded trader for about a year now bouncing between a couple firms. overnight swaps are charged but they are upfront about teh numbers. idk but the buffer between daily loss and max loss gives you breathing room on a bad day. suport speaks actual english and not copy pasted template answers. they let me run my algo as long as it is not some latency arbitrage exploit.
